Panera Bread

So I get there, and my food was picked up by someone else. The staff immediately looked my order up and prepared it again. They also gave me some free coffee and cookies for the inconvenience. Great service.

Ailine was a wonderful & welcoming hostess! And when our order was wrong she promptly corrected it no questions asked. Super friendly & made our experience wonderful! Our sandwiches were delicious & that blood orange drink is delicious! Thank you for everything!

This panera far exceeds all the others in the area. The staff is great and very quick.

Good service. The location is just takeout and delivery. There are no seating location. This is the first time I have ever seen a location like this. I arrived around lunch on a Thursday and the back production kitchen was cranking out catering orders like crazy.

This is a smaller Panera that's more for pickup than eating in. They do have a couple of small round 1 or 2 person tables inside. I go for the sip club. They keep the drinks well stocked and clean. The staff are friendly.

Best Panera bread is great just came here for a drink the atmosphere looks clean and the staff was friendly.

This store reopened a few months ago and is right next to my workplace. Every time I’ve made an order it is finished promptly. The staff is also friendly and willing to help and the quality seems to be much better than I have had at other stores. The seating area is in the building lobby, which is a little unusual, but not a problem.

I go here pretty often. They are always very nice and energetic. It seems as though the employees have a great team dynamic. If you ever have any questions they are also very attentive and quick to help. It can get a bit busy at times, but they are always on top of things and well organized. I lot of people expect a seating area. There isn't one in the store, but you can sit in the lobby of the building.

Popped in here twice, the first time just to grab bagels, which went well although the everything were pretty skimpy on the toppings. The service was friendly, and about as quick as to be expected.

The second time I ended up leaving without even trying to order- lunchtime on weekdays is completely packed, I think there were a good 40+ people in line!

I've never been treated better at a Panera. Visited 11/21, 10 minutes before closing and the staff was amazing. Very welcoming, jovial and entertaining. The manager on duty was very open and professional when asked questions about an e coli outbreak and how it had affected them. Overall awesome experience.

Usually a wait around the lunch hour, but my food has always been very fresh and delicious! Their delivery is very quick also! Prices are fair and they have so many healthy options.

I had a good experience with ordering my food online and for curbside pickup. The person that brought the food was friendly and courteous. The overall process was efficient and user friendly.

Made a pickup order from the app and was available right on time. Love there Duet menu items. Very fast pickup from the racks too.

My favorite breakfast and lunch spot. Been a customer to both N. Chelmsford and Marlborough MA. My favorites are ice green w/fresh lemon, spinach/artichoke ceiche and bread bowl clam chowder.

This is my favorite Panera mostly be cause they have the best iced coffee. Now they've put the iced coffee a chiller and its even better! I wish other Paneras would take their lead.
