Levi’s Outlet Store

Visitor from the UK. Went in to get some 511s, unfortunately there wasn't much in my size. However the super helpful Aileen guided me to the 514s which I'd never worn before, and I came away with 4 pairs of really well-fitting jeans for less than $200. Big ticks on all fronts!

They discontinued my favorite Levi jeans so I went into the Levi Store at Assembly Square in Somerville not really feeling like I had the patience to find new jeans and I was also bummed out that they weren’t making that style anymore! The minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and please let us know if we can help you find anything? They were so nice I decided to ask for their help. They were the best! They picked out styles that were similar to what I said I liked in my previous jeans, gave me advice on what looked better, ordered the color that they didn’t have in my size. I have never been in a store and received such Friendly, Caring, Comfortable Service! Skylar and Asia should be training every Employee you hire and also deserve a raise! I left there buying two pairs of jeans and a Jacket and if they didn’t help me I know I would have left after 5 minutes. Please give them the praise they deserve! I had to return some pants that my sister ordered online for my brother. I never buy anything online so I wasn't too sure how it would go. Walked in and walked out in a matter of less than 2 minutes was the best experience I had my whole life easy peasy. The kids in the store that worked there and waited on me were wonderful I wish I had caught the girls name I returned them at Assembly Row in Somerville

The store is perfectly organized and the employees are very friendly and attentive. I am especially grateful to Skylar, who helped me with my questions about an online order and gave me advice when shopping. No doubt, Skylar is a wonderful employee and a treasure to have in the store!

Last Sunday when I went to the store, one of the shopkeepers was there, and she was dressed nicely in a trucker jacket, it definitely matches her style. I’d want to buy the jacket. She is incredibly nice and lovely. What matters most is how inexpensive the jacket’s pricing is. I only paid 29 dollars for the jacket which the original price is 98 dollars. I highly recommend shopping at the Levi’s outlet.

Skylar helped my boyfriend when we visited recently. She was super friendly and extremely helpful! We had to go in twice, once to exchange 2 pairs of jeans. However, one of the pairs he wanted weren't in stock so she went above and beyond to find him something similar and helped him place an online order. We felt bad having her do so much for us but she was so patient and kind all throughout. Her help was greatly appreciated

I liked the store. The customer service was outstanding! The young woman that helped me was really nice! Knowledgeable, fast . Took the time to explain sizing and style. I bought a pair of jeans and a shirt! My wife loves them? Oh perfect fit too. Ty Levi outlet.! Will be sure to shop there soon!

Amazing quality and outstanding customer service. I have a hard time shopping for jeans because of my body type, and the associates made me feel super comfortable and went above and beyond to help me. I did not get her name, but this was Monday May 3rd around 7pm.

I love levis as a company and I found the employees here amazing! Great selection and so friendly. When I needed help they went far and above what I would expect a retail employee to do. They obviously have a great Manager that has trained the staff well. Way to go!

Great store with Black Friday sales

Ordered online twice and picked up at the store. The staff on the phone and in the store were very good. Went during the week and there weren’t many people in the store.

Designated store for all your Levi clothing. They always have some interesting clothes on sale.

Five stars because I was not the easiest customer but they treated me well, had exactly what I needed, and were accommodating.

Love the cut and feel of anything Levi's always a solid choice for so e clothes to just hang in everyday
