Avalon Sudbury

I have nothing but great things to say about this community. I lived there for 6 years before moving out this past weekend. Maintenance is always prompt and extremely kind. The leasing staff are helpful, compassionate and personable. They throw a lot of fun events, and have some unique food trucks that come through. The units are beautiful, new and welcoming. The pool is a fun addition as well as the grills. The location could not be more perfect for food options, grocery or to even grab a drink. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have been living at Avalon Bay in Sudbury for a year. We love it here!! The entire staff are amazing, the community is kept in pristine condition. A BIG shout out to the maintenance staff, what a team. Their work is exceptional and they respond so quickly to maintenance requests. Most times within minutes and always follow up after completion.

We just recently moved to here and have to say it's already been amazing. Maintenance has been really responsive to the few issues we had at move in and we've had no problems getting things fixed in a timely matter. The community is very peaceful and quiet which is what we were looking for after leaving the noisy city. The office staff we have interacted with have all been very nice and helpful with answering any questions we have had. Amy was very very helpful also when we were moving in and made the move in process much easier. The apartments here are very nice along with the finishes and the grounds are very well kept.

We love this place. The team at Sudbury always are there to help you. The pool is fantastic, facilities also. It's so clean all of the time and the grounds are lovely. The dog park is great. The townhouses are very spacious, more so than we anticipated. Amy and the team are also fantastic, nothing is too much and any issues get resolved straight away.

The team at Avalon Sudbury is wonderful. I’ve never experienced such a kind and attentive team at any apartment I’ve lived in before. The property is maintained meticulously and maintenance requests are responded to quickly. We’re really loving it here.

My family just moved into Avalon Sudbury. This location is beautiful and modern! The finishes are great quality and the units are well designed. Every unit has its own attached garage!! The amenities are luxurious and well taken care of. We are very excited to call this home.

The team at Avalon Sudbury are a pleasure to work with. From the first call to ask about the apartments to preparing to move-in, to living here, every step of the way we have felt like VIPs. Steph, Colette, Amy, Chris and Jose are professionals at what they do and have made us feel welcome and well cared for. The community and the apartments are clean and well maintained. They are responsive to service requests and just always willing to help. Add on to all that the proximity to Whole Foods and multiple restaurants, I don’t know why we would choose any other place to call home.

We moved into Avalon Sudbury at the beginning of December and we absolutely love the community here. The staff is very responsive and friendly. Any issues we had are addressed by management very quickly. The amenities include a very nice club house and gym. Transitioning to Sudbury Avalon was easy and the space is clean and well maintained.

I just moved to Avalon Sudbury (MA) and I am so happy. My Choupette (Boston Terrier) and I are going to be just fine here. Leasing office, maintenance teams are so friendly and yet professional. And just a walking distance (just a min away) from Whole Food, that is just a dream coming through. I love everything so far about it - Clean apartment, clean outside property, dog park (yeah!!), etc. Oh and i have a garage!!! Life is good!!

Avalon Sudbury has THE BEST maintenance team!!! They are prompt, polite, responsive, and really know what they are doing! Plus, they never leave a mess behind. I've gotten quite spoiled!!!

Lost hot water before a court appearance about two weeks ago. The cause was a glitch w new hot water heaters that have just been installed. Chris (last name unknown) responded on the emergency line and fixed the problem within an hour— so I could get a warm shower before court

I was in search of the right place to call home..... I found it here at Avalon Sudbury. To start, the office staff especially Amy and Colette have been truly wonderful. They have been so patient, and accommodating through my whole move. The maintenance crew is top-notch. The few things that had to be fixed upon my move-in were completed the very next day.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERY ASPECT OF LIVING HERE AT AVALON SUDBURY. The amenities, the heated saltwater pool with cabanas, the resident lounge, Amazon Hub lockers, and of course the dog park (which my dog loves playing in).

I am so happy to call Avalon Sudbury HOME.

I couldn't have picked a better place to live than Avalon Sudbury. The grounds are kept immaculate, even when it snows, the maintenance crew tirelessly keeps the walkways and paths and roads and parking spaces free and clear for safe travels. The fitness center is kept stunningly clean, and the lounge is warm and inviting. A big thanks to Collette Levine for being honest and straightforward. Ask for Collette when you are ready to live in this quiet paradise.

I can’t say enough how lovely it is here. The community is gorgeous and so well maintained, the entire staff is professional, helpful, courteous, and kind, and it makes such a big difference! Special shout-out to Amy in the leasing office who is always willing to answer questions, has great recommendations in the area, and she’s just a gem.

We are so happy to be soon living at Avalon Sudbury. We can already tell it will be an easy transition from home living to apartment living within the same community for us. Avalon Sudbury just has a good feel about it. It also has been a pleasure working with Amy in the front office. She has always been very accommodating and has wonderful customer service. We look forward to our stay coming very soon!

I highly recommend Avalon Sudbury. Not only is the apartment beautiful, quiet, modern, and comforting, the team's service is excellent. All my questions, service requests, phone messages are answered promptly. The team members are friendly, and they go out of their way to help you even beyond your initial questions. With the challenges of moving, they make the process easy and seamless! Amy, Jake, and Leo are amazing. I also like the community here with events, the beautiful dog park area and walking trail, and walking distance to whole foods, restaurants, shops.

We just moved here from NYC over the summer, and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently; the staff really goes the extra mile to help out and answer questions; and the grounds and property are beautifully maintained. Excellent all around!

I have seen a lot of Avalon properties and this is clearly the best for a number of reasons. First, the layout and amenities are outstanding. I never hear my neighbors and the gym and pool are first rate. The maintenance crew are efficient, friendly and responsive and the office staff professional and helpful. Whole Foods right there as well as a number of excellent restaurants. This is a great place to live.

The Avalon Sudbury staff is great!!! The application, approval and move-in process were handled quickly, efficiently and professionally. The maintenance staff is courteous, and our first request was handled the same day. The unit has a great layout for our needs with updated amenities, and looked new upon move-in. Particular thanks to Amy for helping us through the process.

I have lived at Avalon Sudbury going on 3 years and absolutely love it! Beautiful, well maintained property, the apartments are new with lots of windows and natural light. There is a real sense of community among neighbors which makes it even more special. The leasing office and maintenance staff are responsive, helpful, professional, and friendly. They are the best! Can’t rave enough about my time living at Avalon Sudbury!
