Herman and his team took great pride in working on our show car that has won world of wheels. We rarely leave our car with anyone but he is trustworthy and kept us up to date and let us come by to see progress on our 3 stage pearl paint job and clearing our carbon fiber parts ! We only bring our cars back to him and refer everyone we know over.

The quality of work is top notch and the people here are awesome. Herman & his staff are great to work with and I wouldn't go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed!

Ahh, I just realized that I never actually put up a full review.

5 years on, I still remember how quick, efficient, and kind Herman and his team are. My car was relatively new, I was a new driver, and I was gutted at having dinged it. Herman walked me through every step patiently, told me how much it would cost, what they planned to do, etc. They found me authentic Subaru parts, made sure the alignment on each piece was perfect and the paint matched, got all of this done in record time and within a reasonable price for a poor new graduate.

Could not have asked for a better experience!! I highly recommend them for anything you need :)

Herman and his team at Archstone Auto Body helped with an excellent autobody repair service. My brand new car, less than 48 hours old was hit in a parking lot so I knew from experience Herman was the only one for the job. He matched the paint color PERFECTLY. I couldn't be happier with the results.

You will be hard pressed to find anyone better in the area. Quality of work was second to none and the communication is fantastic. He turned my pretty banged up truck around very quickly (about 7 business days) and was able to take it and have it back to me before anyone else would have been able to take it. You can’t even tell the truck was in an accident. If you need a top notch auto body guy definitely hit Herman up.

Outstanding job! Very fast and high quality… the customer service is outstanding Herman answers all questions and updates you regularly on the status of your vehicle.

I have brought my car to them twice now after an accident and both times I was very pleased with the work. The car looked like it did when I bought it off the lot. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and understands how much people care about their cars. I can't imagine bringing my car anywhere else at this point.

The service was fantastic . The bumper of my Z3 had to replaced and painted. Job was well done. The vehicle was ready the day they said it would be. This is the second time using Archstone ,they had worked on my Tesla previously.I would highly recommend them.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this auto body shop. I really do not know a whole lot about cars but Herman was great at explaining everything to me. He pulled up a diagram to show me other things that could be damaged underneath the bumper I was replacing and I really appreciated the time he spent with me explaining everything. Drop off and pick up was so easy and the service was so fast. I was really impressed by how fast they were but it was not just the speed that impressed me but also the quality of the work. It is truly amazing, the work that they do because you cannot even tell what they worked on versus what is my original car. They take a lot of pride in what they do and the customer service is impeccable. The prices are reasonable and Herman and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this auto body shop.

I had an awesome service from Archstone Auto Body Inc. The great thing about this place is that, you get to have the owner - Great and friendly guy (Herman) and his experienced team to work on your car unlike other places who leaves your car to the mercy of their apprentices. They painted my car and customized the front grill and it looks ABSOLUTELY STUNNING exactly how I always dream of making it look. I am really grateful for their service. Their prices/quotes are very reasonable and affordable. Trust me, I did my research very well before discovering them. I had to drive 35 - 40 minutes to their shop and I am glad that I did that, because it was all worth it! They provide great customer service, if fact they treat you like a family and you get your car on time. They are also a great resource if you want to customize your car like I did with my Mercedes Benz. I have receive a lot of compliment about how NEW and ELEGANT my car looks. I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with Archstone Auto Body! Herman and his team were outstanding to work with. I am relatively new to the area so I when I needed auto body repair, I turned to Google and found this place. Do yourself a favor and listen to the reviews!! I would go back here if I ever need auto body again. When I went here, I didn't have insurance and they didn't scoff at me like other place in the area - who only look for customers who have collision, so they can charge as high as they want. They were kind, knowledgeable and very communicative throughout the whole process. I feel like they didn't overcharge for the services, like some of the other places who try to nickel and dime you when you don't have insurance. I absolutely recommend!

I have had 3 cars repaired by ArchStone. All quality work and a very fair price. Best of all the owner Herman is a really nice guy. He remembered me from a previous repair. :-) I have no problem recommending him and his services. Even if you have a place that does Autobody. Please get an estimate from Herman.

Herman & his team were awesome to work with. Herman was able to quickly replace the front bumper on my 2013 Camry, and the final product was perfect at a lower price than other places I contacted. I highly recommend Archstone Autobody.

These guys are great! I am paying out of pocket and not submitting a claim to keep superior rates and avoid surcharges. He checked to see if there is any damage under my bumper and there is none. Sometimes a quote comes back higher. The owner is honest, transparent and easily replaced my bumper. My new Mercedes is mint again. Beautiful work! :-)

Herman and team were great. Fixed my VW after hitting a deer on the highway. Great communication, fair price, excellent results. Hopefully I won't need anymore body work, but if I do it will be through Archstone. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Oh my! So happy with the quality of job done. Had dented the door on my "baby". When we picked up the car a week later (as promised - on time) I couldn't figure out where the dent was!!!! LOL. Highly recommended. Very reasonable prices. Pleasant people.

This is the 2nd time I brought my car to Archstone. Clearly I was pleased with their work the first time. Someone had hit my right rear quarter panel which was hanging off. They did a great job fixing it. This time I had a front bumper issue. Again they did a great job. The kicker is that I had bought scratch remover cream to try to fix some of the small scratches on my door (which didn't work). I placed the bottle on the floor and the cover somehow came off and the cream leaked all over the carpet. I had left it to dry and planned to get it detailed but when I picked up my car today I noticed my carpets looked cleaner and when I looked at the place where the cream spilled, it was gone!!!!! What a super, pleasant surprise! I soooo recommend this shop. They are great!

I came to Archstone after my car was dented by a bumbling truck driver. They offered me much more reasonable prices than the competition, which would have been enough to impress me in itself if it were not for the beautiful job they did on my car! It looks better than it did before the crash! It is refreshing to find people who take pride in their work and are realistic about their capabilities. They fixed my car within the estimated timeframe they initially proposed.

Excellent quality work and honest pricing. I was apprehensive about getting both of these items in picking a body shop. I saw good reviews and Saturday hours at Archstone in Tewksbury, and dropped in for an estimate on my damaged 2010 white Accord. The owner Herman was there, and gave me direct technical answers to my questions of how he would go about repairing the fender and rear door dents and scrapes. I also had dents and scrapes in the front left fender. I visited twice as they were doing the body work, and was impressed at how well they shaped and smoothed the body filler materials to match the original contours. There was also some rust through on the lip of the rear fender that I wanted fixed. They welded in a piece of new metal and ground it to match, since insurance would not cover the whole panel. The paint job was phenomenal. I am fussy about the details, and I cannot tell where they did or did not paint. My white Accord now gleams and looks like brand new. Archstone completely buffed out the whole car, which was dull from neglect. I think Archstone is just the kind of body shop that takes extra pride in their work. There were no surprises when it came time to pays the bill, which was mostly covered by insurance. Way to go Archstone!
