Café Sicilia

Took my 5 year old on a busy Friday night and we were treated like gold. What a friendly staff! Even in the middle of the dinner rush we had several staff come by to say hi and ask how everything was; it was delicious by the way! They had live music which was an added bonus. It was a solo guitarist and he was perfect for dinner time. Not so loud you couldn’t have a conversation. All around great experience.

Followed the Google rating and walked in. Had that family feel and usually that means amazing food.

Wedding soup was amazing and the chicken Parm sub was pretty amazing too. Super tender chicken, with the right amount of sauce on a heavenly roll...

Cafe Sicilia saved our holiday party last week! We found out the morning of that another restaurant couldn’t fulfill our order bc they lost power from a storm. I called cafe Sicilia at 10am and spoke to the owner and he was able to make 3 delicious large trays of food (chicken/broccoli/ziti, sausage/pepper/onion, and tortellini Alfredo w prosciutto) done in 1 hr! Food was amazing and the staff at the Lowell VA really appreciated it. Thanks!!!

First time visiting, on a Friday evening. All of us enjoyed excellent and authentic food in a cozy atmosphere. Live music by a talented young man playing the guitar and singing was a bonus. We will be back to try more items off the generous menu!

Family friendly, very polite staff recommended for great food and a fun night out it serves Italian food subs and and if you want there is a bar there too

My new fav Mom and Pop shop. Reminds me of Little Vinnys in Somerville. Delicious food and the most friendly hosts. They had their entire family in there working on Sat, each with a giant smile on their face. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. Will become my lunch or dinner after every visit to Breakaway Rink

I've driven by this place so many times. I should have tried it sooner! Great food. Alfredo is fantastic. Italian sub with everything, excellent. They even have Monday evening cooking class. Don't pass this place up.

Amazing is all I can say can't wait to bring the kids there. Our little guy 6yr just started liking calamari, and omg hats off to the chef food was amazing . Went on my lunch and we had the shrimp calamari on garden salad 😋

very quaint cafe. the food is awesome, everything is so fresh and delicious. the staff is very friendly they make you feel like family(i love that).

The place is small but the food is absolutely delicious!! Donna the waitress is everywhere in that place she's an excellent personable person! Commission point I got the finishing yelfredo and it was so creamy and so yummy! The bartender makes delicious cosmos and everything was well taken care of highly recommended here for great Italian food!

Perfect little "just around the corner" restaurant; locally owned, with a friendly, family-like atmosphere and service, home-cooked Italian food and great espresso martinis!

All I can say is WOW! This little hidden gem has the most delicious Italian food north of Boston.
The owner, Joe is straight from Sicily and makes you feel right at home.
His granddaughter, Cassie is the sweetest waitress that's super-responsive and the all you can eat lunch buffet cinches the deal!!
