Al Fresca Ristorante

We’ve dined here on a number of occasions and they are always busy …rightfully so because their food is outstanding. If you visit during prime time and don’t have a reservation, expect a wait. On this visit we arrived around 3 p on a Saturday and the only seats available was at a high top in the bar. Our server was attentive and friendly. We had a side garden and Caesar salad, eggplant parm over ziti and haddock francese. The eggplant is thinly sliced, sauce a bit on the sweet side which is how we like it. The haddock was battered, lightly fried and perfectly cooked. An outstanding meal for about $60 excluding tax and tip and water for drinks. Oh, the warm, crusty bread with herb and garlic balsamic dipping oil was great too! You won’t be disappointed!

This is definitely one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the Northshore area!

Al Fresca Ristorante is always packed for a reason, actually make that a number of reasons all being positive. The waitstaff and service here is always exceptional and the entire team and bartenders are always so friendly and very welcoming!

I’ve eaten here dozens of times and till this day I’ve never had a bad meal so it’s a place I always feel comfortable on coming back to over and over again because it’s a sure thing and a good one at that.

The restaurant has multiple areas to dine in, the main front area has comfortable booth seating and they also have a wrap around bar in the front dining area and one in the back dining room which is much bigger, more of a banquet size room.

They designed the decor very well and they keep it exceptionally clean at all times.

There’s plenty of free parking in front and on the side of the building.

If you like a huge menu selection with big portions of food and Italian cuisine that’s absolutely delicious and priced right then Al Fresca Ristorante is the only place you need to try. ENJOY :)

1st time here and no disappointment. From the minute we walked in the experience was top notch. We sat at the bar and was just going to order drinks before sitting at a table, however Eb our bartender was so wonderful we wanted to stay there for the evening.
Food was as wonderful as the service and we will definitely become regulars. Can't go wrong with this place. Highly recommend 👌

We went today and knew to go early because this restaurant is popular, Tayla at the bar was unbelievable and made up the BEST cocktails! Very friendly and met some returning customers at the bar who come just to see her… food was AMAZING! 10/10 then next door for some Gelato and shopping for the week! Great date night and will be back again very soon 🎉🥰🍹

We ❤ Al fresco s. Fine fresh Italian cuisine. The best in town . They got a market also that you can grab some pre made lunch or dinners. Also so fresh. Call place your order you pick it up then. Lil shopping at market 😊

1st timers! Will definately go back. Kimmy was our server. She was amazing. The food was phenomenal. Everything made to order. Delicious!

We went to this restaurant on a recommendation and wow were we happy we did it was one of the most amazing meals I’ve had. Our server Kimmee was absolutely awesome and very attentive to us I can’t say enough for the whole experience. I had the baked stuffed haddock with the champagne cream sauce was absolutely delicious my wife got the stuffed artichoke and loved it. My sister had the surf and turf and loved it then the desserts were to die for try this place you will not be disappointed.

Lunch portions were still big enough to have enough for another meal. Tasty, fresh, warm. Service was friendly and atmosphere homey.

I come here frequently. Homemade pasta and chicken parm is excellent. All the pasta dishes are great. Apps were excellent. The star dish of the night was the shrimp and lobster risotto!! This place rocks. You need to try different dishes here.

A favorite for my daughter and her family. After having dinner there twice I can understand. The staff make you feel like family and the food is outstanding. Looking forward to our next visit

The food was wonderful, the service on point and the atmosphere warm and comfortable.

Great food and portions. The stuffed mushrooms made a great appetizer as they didn't skimp out. They gave 6 of them along with our pasta dishes we didn't leave hungry. We left with food. The drinks were great too, I had a tasty peanut butter & jelly cocktail. 2 people 2 drinks, 2 meals a appetizer and I took home a great piece of red velvet cake for under a hundred bucks. I'll go back 😉👍

Sorry no pictures. But party of six including plates of pasta, chicken. , fish and steak. Red sauces, Marsala, scampi. All delicious! Superb drinks. And SERVICE SHOUT OUT TO KIMEE!!! Doting but not hovering, friendly, informative about menu and drinks. A true gem to ALL Frecsa’s.

Italian restaurants in the Boston area need to be good and this one blew me away! Tucked into a strip mall off of busy Route 38 in Tewksbury, Al Fresca was busy and bustling on a Thursday night. The first thing you notice when you walk in is all the awards and accolades on the walls. They are well earned. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Large bar area, hi-tops, tables, and booths. Wonderful menu with traditional Italian fare and an impressive list of daily specials. Lauren the bartender was amazing! Reservations highly recommended! I will be sure to return the next time I'm in town. Bravo!

The Best chicken piccata I have ever had! All the food was absolutely delicious and the service(Tayla)was fantastic. We will definitely be back Many times!!

Excellent Italian restaurant, went with the family and had a great time and dinner. Service was awesome,with Shannon I believe. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend Al Fresca to anyone looking for really good Italian food.

Eggplant parm did not disappoint. Great bread and oil on the house and oil was tasty and nicely seasoned. Stuffed mushrooms were good, but would have been next level if they were served with a side of marinara to dip. Decent beer menu, but disappointed there were only 3 draft choices. Server was very helpful in guiding me to something I might like to try. Place was hopping at 7:30p on a Wed evening, which was great to see. Borderline too loud in there, so not recommended if you want a quiet dinner. Plenty of parking. Go for the good food and service!

Food is great here. Most of the time I get take out four dinners today all great service was prompt walked in the door order was ready. I can’t lie it wasn’t cheap but what is now of days with gas at five dollars but you get what you pay for all dinners you pretty much can’t finish

When you want the best tasting Italian Cuisine cooked to perfection... Al Fresca's Ristorante is THE PLACE! I have relatives than drive from 4 towns away to get their dishes, it's that GOOD!

We just had our 4th annual Success Soiree at Al Fresca Ristorante and everything was AMAZING! The food and drinks were SCRUMPTIOUS, and the servers took such GREAT care of us! We HIGHLY recommend Al Fresca to ANYONE wanting an exceptional dining experience. @therealreneetompkins ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
