San Elijo Park

Beautiful park and so well maintained. The trails up to the top are very steep and make for a challenging run/hike.

Nice quiet park with good visibility from all positions. Easy to monitor children. Sandbox is very clean for a public park.

Very nice park close to shops and food. Enclosed dog park.

The splash pad is awesome on a hot day. Water is cold! The playground is shaded and has a sandpit.
Plenty of parking.

This is a beautiful and quiet park that's great to take your children to. And the neighborhood around it is nice and quiet as well. 👍🏾 San Elijo is a great community to raise children.

This park is located as you approach the town center of San Elijo Hills, a community of San Marcos, CA. It's main feature is a water fountain that is large and worthy of picture taking events. I've seen numerous events held at the town center, from craft displays, to holiday events such as tree lighting ceremonies. Nearby are softball fields, soccer field, and numerous trail paths that dissects through the town center. The bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Lot's of BBQs and picnic areas are available for first come basis.

Great park, neat and peaceful, clean restroom. Plenty of space for activities. Great place for a party especially for kids.
The only huge downfall was the directions through Google maps; if you turn on Elfin Street you miss the entrance that has a parking lot. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I was here almost every day with my daughter. Best place for kids and pets.

Great park. 2 playground areas, baseball field, dog unleashed area, and splash pad. There were many shaded areas available for renting that have bbq areas with that look great for hosting an outdoor event.

This is a beautiful and well maintained park with an awesome splash pad for the summer. It has a fun playground with different age appropriate equipment. It's close to San Elijo Hills middle school and some local shops. We go here at least once a week!

Awesome park for younger kids. Plenty of climbing and slides. There are no swings and the restrooms are further up by the softball fields. The splash pad was awesome.

Great little gem tucked away in the San Marcos foothills, San Elijo Park has a variety of sports fields, a dog park and horseshoe pits. The smaller upper park has a kids' playground and multiple picnic benches, as well as covered seating areas.

Get some picnic goodies at the nearby Albertson's, or a slice of pizza from Shane's Pizza & Pints and enjoy the lovely view with friends, family or a significant other.

Very well maintained, plenty of room to run and play for people and dogs! Water splah playground really fun. Dog park is a nice medium size split into areas for big dogs and small dogs.

Such a beautiful location. Lots of different options for kids to do and play. Very quite even though Supa close to downtown San Elijo.

Nice park. There's a water portion with multiple playgrounds and a dog park. Also different fields for different sports.

Covered playground, water fountains, charcoal grills, splash pad, dog park right next door, lots of shade, picnicking tables, super clean, plenty of parking.
