Overall, great experience for the service I requested. Not to mention very convenient for anyone who reside in the San Elijo Hills Community.

I’ve used their services a half dozen times over the past year or two. Always been good service.

They've been very helpful to me, but on their website it says they open at 8am - they don't, it's 9am during summer.

Convenient to drop items off. USPS cut off pick up is so early at 1130 which inconvenient...service is really hit and miss...the lady is very sweet

Ultra-slow service every time I come in. Not very responsive. The lady that works as a cashier seems unfamiliar with the computer system and has no sense of urgency as a line was forming

Everyone seems nice that I've dealt with there. Once you update your hours online to be accurate for the first time in 2+ years, I will be happy to change my star review. It gets really old driving all the way down there to read a sign on your door that says closing at 5pm now, with your hours printed right next to it on your hours sign saying closing at 6pm. Please get it together and post accurately on Google.

Terrible terrible terrible!!!!! For a postal annex the service and knowledge of the shipping or packing is nothing short of AWFUL!!!!! The employee knew nothing and was unable to do anything outside of what the computer told her. Complex thought and service from staff was terrible. Save yourself the trip! Travel 2 extra miles to the next postal service shop with better knowledge and customer service! As a business owner myself I be concerned about the future of my business if this was the norm. Judging by the 3 stars, I will assume below average is normal here.

Joselyn attempted to help my with my passport service before the pandemic in early March. She forgot to put my marriage certificate for the name change. She tried to call the US Dept of State, but they couldn't release information to her. She provided me the numbers to call and said that she'll make it right. When I called them, they said I would just have to wait for a letter in the mail to submit my marriage certificate. Fast forward 4 months due to the pandemic, I finally get notification that my application didn't have the necessary documents. I take it to Postal Annex in San Elijo where it was originally done and Jen the attendant had to call Joselyn at a different location. She had no recollection (which I have the voicemail to prove it), blamed me for taking back my marriage certificate, and wanted to charge me again for sending it out. It was unbelievable. Why would I want to delay my passport and keep my marriage certificate? It was her job to ask me for all the necessary documents. Her fiance, the owner, ended up helping me out over the phone . I wasn't even asking for a refund, I just wanted help sending it back out correctly since I already paid them for a service that was done incorrectly. I have used their services one other time and it was very pricey. I have learned my lesson and will not come back to this place and will not refer my neighbors.

After driving 15 minutes to get there I couldn't rent a P.O. Box since I didn't have 2 forms of I'D nor an address. I told her I currently didn't have a place to live, nor a job thats why I needed a PO Box. I asked how others rented, she said most PO Box's are for business'. I told her she should explain all that when someone calls to not waste their time or gasoline.

This place is useless. Nice, yes. They are a shipping and drop off spot yet don’t have the equipment to get your labels printed or scanned to be picked up. I’ll drive the extra 5 miles to go somewhere else.

I went there to get an overnight envelope delivered. They quoted me $68! I reiterated that I wanted it sent via postal several because it would be cheaper. They tried to talk me out of it and then charged me $38 for 1-day USPS Priority Mail. I checked the USPS website and the price is $22. They overcharged me nearly 100% markup. Outrageous really. When I bought this up to the sales person he said and I'm quoting here "well we're not the US post office."

Postal annex is a complete rip off and they have no integrity as a business. I will never shop there again

I've lived here in SEH for 12 years and this place has been absolutely horrible the entire time. The employees who work there are invariably clueless and soooooo sloooooow.

Horrible customer service. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to shipping services. Manager couldnt handle the issue told me to email the owner:/.

Still waiting for a Christmas gift from my sister. It's Janaury 12! Plus I ordered running shoes and was supposed to get them 3 days ago. The worst.
