Amazon pickup & returns at La Jolla Campus

HERE IS HOW YOU GET TO THE AMAZON LOCKER DURING/NOT DURING CONSTRUCTION...i go here all the time...

go to google maps and type in "UCSD Study abroad office", park in parking lot just north of it where the red rectangle is (there is also parking along the street on russell lane if you can find availability). Are you allowed to park here? NO, does it matter, NO. put on your hazards and walk over and get your package and get right back.

when there is NOT construction take the green path, walk 50 feet past myers dr and bust a right into the bookstore you cant miss it. walk down the stairs and make a right, keep walking and youll see amazon lockers all over the place.

when there IS construction, take the red path around the building, walk down the zig zag staircase and follow along the wall on the first floor and itll take you through the back entrance of the store.

zoom in on google maps on your phone and you cant mess this up. UPVOTE this so no more people have to wander aimlessly around campus. GOOD LUCK

This is something intended for UCSD students and faculty, while open to the public it isn't easily accessible or convenient for you. It's an amazing resource to have on campus, especially with the pandemic and a lot of stores being closed last year. This is how many students get necessities on campus, most of us don't have a personal vehicle to use to go elsewhere. The staff are always super helpful and kind!

DO NOT come here if you need parking - there is none nearby. If you're walking and are unfamiliar with the campus, ask a student to direct you! I've helped several wandering souls find their way to the Amazon location - it is a bit confusing to find your way there. For students and people who frequent UCSD, it's a great service to use. Highly recommend!

I was from out of town and was shocked to learn that a university housed an amazon shipping center. Kinda cool. Parking was a pain. I was told by the attendant that parking was free on the weekends so do your returns then. I’m sure I parked in the wrong place cuz I had to walk quite a few blocks and luckily I left a family member in the car cuz security rolled up while I was gone and tried to give me a ticket. I dropped my box into a little chute and 2mins after I received an email notification that my return was received! What witchcraft is this!

People seem to be blinded to the fact that it says UC San Diego on the name of this place. Easy enough to find, parking at any university is terrible, and cost money to park, stop complaining, or go somewhere else. Walk up, scan your phone, get your stuff, and done.

Awesome place for students on campus to receive and return items

Great idea. Amazon delivery hub right next to bookstore. Can have things delivered to a secure location on campus so it won't be stolen. Can also send items to people without leaving campus at all.

Great workers and super efficient spot, but if you do not study or live here do not use this place as it is harder to find and not easy to get parking.

Yes, a little hard to find but when I did, I was out in 5 min. Gillman to Meyers Dr, make a right. Go on the weekend when it opens. Right Right next to Price Center and bookstore. Many people walking around, just ask. :)

Each time I visit, I have trouble opening up my amazon acct and each time an employee is able to assist me and have me on my way in less than 5 minutes! Very clean location.

Conveniently located on the lower level of the Price Center. The best route to access it by foot is through the north entrance.

I’ve visited the store several times since it opened and all of my experience so far has been very positive. Love the quick, easy return and kind, helpful staff.

Fast and convenient, especially if you have a ride. Just don't stop in the bus spots.

A little tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the UCSD campus but once you find it service is great!
