We were traveling to California when our son became sick. This location helped locate all the meds we needed and transferred the prescriptions to their location so we could pick up the same day. They were very helpful and responsive.

Great pharmacy! This CVS has almost everything I was looking for, and the store staff are the best. They are EXTREMELY helpful, professional, and friendly. I also got my ears pierced here ;)

I see a lot of bad reviews and I think they are fair and based on staff interactions, so I would just like to give a good review about a staff member. I can’t remember her name, but she is a blond older woman and she is so so soooo sweet. When I came in to buy things she would always compliment me and offer her help all the time. Next time I see her I’ll edit it to include her name. Very sweet person who deserves the world!

I go to this cvs all the time I live in that neaghbororhood, and I know that all the sales associate is very pleasent and very personal to some of them will call you by r first name , and the woman the small one with the med hair always douse what she can you give me a sale and discounts and I see also that she has a lot of paitents with some of the customers that were kind of rude, and I love to shop so I know that this cvs also has stuff that other cvs's don't have, { except the one in Hillcrest has everything in the book in beauty and hygiene)

Visited CVS on Villa La Jolla on 22 June. The store was neat and clean, the needed items were easily found and check out was fast and efficient! Tony made checkout a TREAT!

I want to share about an employee here that went above and beyond to help me. I wish I had asked her name ( Asian lady, staff putting away products). Once I asked her for small masks she immediately stopped what she was doing and we looked in the aisle, finding no small masks. She went to look in the stock room and was genuinely helpful in trying to find small masks. She didn't have them, but looked up stores that did. This was for my.5 yo so she was genuinely concerned and caring. It's rare to find this level of customer service nowadays and she's one of the best and should be given a raise.
Thank you for making it a good experience for me on a normally dreadful monday. My best to you nice lady.

Yesterday I was in need of a very important medication to combat Covid, in case I got infected. I called ahead with my hard copy prescription in hand to inquire if I could receive this medication. Pharmacist Mimi was totally wonderful, gracious, kind, compassionate, and accommodating of my needs. When I walked into this store my prescription was ready for pickup in exchange for the hand written prescription from my VA doctor. This exceptional treatment was so walking the extra mile spectacular, that I want to express my thanks with gratitude to Mimi and her team. I strongly recommend this store of dedicated pharmacists and with a well stocked inventory for non prescription items.

Great location and solid customer service. Meredith, the beauty consultant was very nice. My girlfriend got her ears pierced. Something you wouldn’t expect to be there. She took us through the steps and explained the process. She also answered questions I had about some products and helped outside her department too. This is exceptional customer service.

I always get the BEST service from every employee at this CVS! They are so helpful and can always take me right to the spot where I need their product!

Store hours are incorrect! Currently, as of May 16, 2021- this location is open from 5am-10pm, 7 days a week! Please fix the hours! The UPS website (for UPS Access Point locations) has incorrect CVS hours listed as well! Super annoying! 🙄

Every single person including the pharmacy manager Sheida to the checkout clerks and everyone in between was so incredibly helpful for me when I was in a crisis. I am so thankful for their care. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Got here super late looking for a few things that I needed at home, Amanda was super nice, friendly and helped me out to make sure I got everything I needed. I definitely recommend this location, the staff is awesome and they have whatever you need 24/7.

Taylor helped us with our passport photos. She was extremely professional and helpful! She also refer us to a great Carepass program! Wonderful experience :)
