Nobi and Maria have been awesome to work with, as my lease has come to and end and I needed to transfer units due to medical issues happening with my dog who could no longer walk up and down the stairs to get to my current unit. They truly made this such a simple process and I am grateful for their support during this tough time. In addition to their guidance, I am really happy that I get to stay at the Villas and do not have to go look for another apartment complex. This saved me a huge amount of time and i get to stay in an area I really do love. Thank you again, Nobi and Maria!

The maintenance team and the front office at Villas at Bair Island are exceptional. Roy, on the maintenance team is truly the best, and has ensured quick and effective repairs when i've had any issues and has gone the extra mile each time! Taylor, the Assistant Community Manager went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move and was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful when responding to all my questions. I feel so safe and comfortable here, knowing that if needed, help is just around the corner. Any apartment you chose to live at is really made by the support folks, and the staff at Villas had truly ensured a very lovely 5-star experience.

I have lived at the Villas for over a year, and it has been a delightful experience. When I moved in, I could tell that this place was more than just an apartment complex – it was a community that genuinely cared about its residents.
One of the standout features of this complex is the exceptional service provided by the maintenance team, particularly Roy. Roy is a friendly and skilled maintenance man who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the residents' needs are met promptly and efficiently. The management team here is excellent and are very accommodating.

Nobi is seriously amazing!! I’ve had a boat here at Bair island marina for about seven months now and she’s been nothing less than first class! Best marina I’ve had a slip in by far! Very thankful for her and her team!!

Excellent facility with an outstanding staff! We moor our Yacht in the marina and always enjoy our time there. It’s like a resort where they treat you like family. Big hugs to Nobi and her crew

The maintenance team here is top notch. They are quick, thorough, and very friendly. Our AC went out, and they lent us a portable unit and replaced the entire AC, then sent in a restoration team to ensure the wall was patched up. The grounds are always clean and the construction projects actually get finished! The team takes great care to ensure the amenities are nice, up to date, and enjoyable by everyone. The neighborhood is nice, and thanks to the gated entries, we have had very little (if any?) crime that I know of while we've stayed here.

The Villas at Bair Island has been great! We've lived here for a couple of years now and have greatly enjoyed our experience.

The location is stunning, having lived in the Bay Area for 30 years, I challenge anyone to find a more beautiful setting. The sunrise over the harbor, and the sunsets over the mountains are equally amazing.

Nobi, David and the maintenance crew have always gone above and beyond to help us with any need and are incredibly helpful and thoughtful people. I would not hesitate to recommend life at The Villas to anyone.

I have lived at this venue for almost ten years. Since my first day here, I've always felt like this is my home because of the excellent staff. I can remember all the smiling faces of the past teams.

The current staff working in the office and maintenance are also all genuinely friendly, always treat me with warm and welcoming smiles. Of course, they are impeccable in their professionalism, handling each task promptly with utmost care and sincerity. I am impressed with their quality-conscious mindset every time I have interactions with every one of them.

There have been constructions for improving the community for the past several months and will continue for some more time. All the activities are ultimately for the current and future residents. I appreciate their hard work, and I'm glad to note that I have been able to manage my numeral online meetings from my home, even with construction noise.

I love living in this cozy, quiet section of town and highly recommend this beautiful resort-like "friendly" community to anyone.

My partner and I cannot say enough good things about the Villas at Bair Island! We are in the process of relocating to Redwood City and Natalya and Nobi have been nothing but helpful during this transition. They have truly gone above and beyond (and then even more) to help us get settled into our new homes. I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Villas!!

The Villas at Bair Island has been the best living decision my fiance and I have made together. The community itself is beautiful with marina views. The location is perfect! Tucked inside a quiet peaceful neighborhood, with direct access to 101, only 2 min away. Downtown Redwood City is just right around the corner with happening trendy restaurants and bars. This apartment complex has the look and feel of home style living, with attached garages, gas stainless steal appliances, private entryways, crown molding and modern paint throughout. With the landscaping, marina, and boardwalk I feel as if Im living on a resort daily. The staff is wonderful!!! Nobi the property manager has been helpful, friendly, and attentive since the day we moved in! The maintenance team here is on point, continuing to work and keep our community clean, improved, and working perfectly all the time. Maintenances requests are attended to and fixed immediately. Once a request for repair has been submitted they have always responded and fixed the item in less than 24hrs every time. I cant say enough about how wonderful this community is! We wont ever leave, come find out why for yourselves!

The staff at the Villas is outstanding! Nobi is extremely professional, with a great positive attitude. Rene is super reliable and ready to help. They go the extra mile. My family member couldn't be happier living at the Villas with these two around taking such good care of her. They treat you like family.

Grounds are kept beautiful and clean, feels like I'm living in a resort. Quiet, spacious apartments, with new amenities and so close to 101. Highly recommended!

Needed a new dishwasher in my unit. Request was done in a very efficient manner. Tech Kevin Homan did an excellent job installing it.

Recently decided to move to Villas at Bair Island and was assisted by Natalya, who was awesome, helping us make the decision to apply easy and answering all our questions about the apartment as we applied and ultimately decided to move. Thanks team! Looking forward to moving in and getting settled.

Just relocated from MI. Found Villas at Bair Island and couldn’t be happier. Well designed apartments, quiet with amazing views, impeccably maintained and the staff here are extremely friendly and responsive to residents needs. You can’t go wrong living here.

Saying good bye to my home for over 3 years was tough, loved this community so much, amenities cleanliness and fast service is a 10/10 not to mention peacefulness and quietness is incredible thank you Bair Island so for many great memories.

Great experience working with the members in the leasing office, especially Nobi who's been supportive and responsive to multiple requests. We've enjoyed this community, it's well maintained, and the staff is friendly whenever we reach out. Lastly, the amenities (pool, gym, outdoor areas) have been great and we've enjoyed using them.

Our experience was AWESOME!!! Nobi Y. was so nice and extremely helpful! She took time to help us find what we were looking for and made the burden of moving less stressful. It was a real pleasure working with her.

5 Stars goes out specifically to Christine, Alex & the Service team! They have always addressed my concerns in a timely manner and made sure any requests were fully executed from beginning to end. This special group of people understand what customer service is and are willing to go the extra mile.
As for management, I had Jai as our community manager when we moved in. Everything was great. The new community manager could use a little polishing when it comes to handling resident complaints/issues on a more professional level. There were multiple times where I would have to reach out on my own to get a status update for issues that only management would be able to handle.
Regarding the property, there used to be a lot of vacant parking spaces for guests. I believe a lot of the parking is being taken up by residents with multiple vehicles. It's quite annoying that the moving PODS are able to take up a parking space or two and management does nothing to control the issue.
Otherwise, I loved the apartment. Very resort-style. I had all hardwood floors with high, vaulted ceilings. Irvine does a wonderful job with their construction. The neighborhood back then was more quiet and felt like a tight-knit community. I hope to see improvements in the near future. It would be nice to get the "community" feel back.
