Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Had a lovely visit in June '23. Sat outside on the big deck, where both full sun and shaded tables are available. Waitress was great, pizza was delicious as usual. The ovens and kitchen area are pretty open and visible which is good for entertaining kids. This location has a big parking lot, is easily accessible right off the Mystic Valley Parkway, and near the park that's just across the road and next to the river, so an easy thing to do is walk across to eat after you're finished sunbathing and enjoying the park and that way you don't have to pack a cooler of food, you can use their bathrooms, they have a bar, etc. Great location to have a family party, too, lots of space. Will definitely come back.

We took 150 kids here for a class trip and everyone was LOVELY and AMAZING. They accommodated us even through we showed up an hour early. The food was delightful, especially their chocolate chip cookies. I can’t say it enough- the staff was so happy to help us out and everyone had a smile on their face. Thank you!

Annie was an outstanding server; I admired her meticulous attention to detail and her responsiveness to my drink preferences. When I expressed a desire for something fruity and sour, she suggested a spiked lemonade, which was perfect. Additionally, the pizza was delightful, and Annie’s kindness, compassion, and personable nature shone through. Her sense of humor added to the enjoyable experience, and I believe she deserves a raise.

I went here as a guest of the Medford Rotary. I had never been to a Bertucci's because we have many great Pizza places around here and I always felt a chain wouldn't be that good. I was wrong. Everything was good from the rolls and the olive oil dip to the salad and salad dressing. The pizza was on point and not bad at all. I finished half of an Italian sandwich that surprisingly wasn't bad at all. I was impressed overall and will consider Bertucci's when picking a place to eat from now on.

I brought 240 people to lunch while visiting Boston on an 8th grade historic trip. The pizza was amazing and the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, accommodating and professional. We will be back again!

The Rustica lasagna and Meatballs was very good and everyone should try it. The cocktail drinks was spot on and Jill the waitress was very attentive.

Lisa was a great server. She was handled our party of 15 with ease and made sure we were all taken care of. Will come back for her!

We are here on a field trip with 71students and chaperones and we were in and out in an hour. The staff were extremely friendly. Would highly recommend for large group accommodations.

What a great experience!! From the food to the employees, especially. Lynne, Mike, Diane, and Nafisa who went above and beyond to make a crazy Christmas shopping day, into a relaxing enjoyable lunch!!! Can’t wait to come back after the holiday.

Everything was amazing. You should raise the young waiter DD, he deserves it and is super friendly and made our table feel welcome. HE DESERVES A RAISE!

Just always get the pucillo pizza. I'm surprised it's not more well known. Thin crisp crust with plenty of toppings, onion, peppers, meatball chunks. Its an insanely good deal on tuesdays with their 2 for 1 code.

Had a 60th birthday party for my dad in there private room and everything went amazing thanks to the incredible staff, great food and amazing service. So happy it turned out great!

I hadn't been to Bertucci's in quite awhile. Our dishes were amazing. Customer service was great!

Great takeout, hot and fresh and ready to go! I got the spagetti lunch and the portion was large. I made it last for two meals. The meat suace was flavored well and tasted like a robust homemade sauce, i was not disappointed. They gave me plenty of rolls, butter and a nice side salad. I will be back!

We had a pleasant experience at Bertucci's and the food was amazing. Milton was our server and he did a fantastic job. From explaining the menu to providing fast service, we had a great experience. Thank you Milton for providing top- notch service! We'll be back.

The $7 Happy Hour is great. The Mozzarella Fritta is good and the bread and oil abc the Tuscan Wings are 🔥

Our waitress went up and above. She brought my grandson who had been sitting so nicely and patiently a little treat at the end of our meal.
