Big repair on our car. Received frequent, detailed updates on the progress and they finished the work on schedule except for a delay receiving a part. Took extra time to make sure the finish work was done right and you can tell they care about the client experience. They were recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Ivan and his team are THE BEST around!!! Top notch customer service they always go above and beyond. I went in to fix my bumper and a scratch - not only did they do an amazing job where my car looks perfect, they also cleaned the inside and outside for me just because!!! They were quick and did an excellent job thank you!!!

My brand new car was hit in a parking lot and Ivans was able to take in my car within 3 days of the incident. Everywhere else I called had at least a month wait. I had a road trip coming up and needed the car back within 9 days. The team at Ivans were able to find the damage on the car, order the new parts, install them and paint the car all while working with my insurance company inside 9 days! So I left for my road trip on time! Not only that but I was insanely annoying to these people. I called almost every day to ask what the status was on my car and Mike was kind every single time. He would calmly tell me what had happened since the last time we spoke, what the next step would be, and when he thought I would be able to pick up my repaired car. He was a pleasure to work with.

It should really go without saying but my car looks identical to the day I bought it. They completely fixed everything. This shop has real customer service, really fixes your car, and they even detail your car afterwards. 11/10 would recommend

Ivan’s did an awesome job fixing my car after I was rear ended. The body repair looks great and they left the inside way way cleaner than they found it. The mechanics and secretary were extremely friendly and respectful and communicated the entire way through the repair process. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I chose Ivan’s because they were part of my insurance network, but I will definitely go back in the future!

I was unfortunately rear ended, so my car needed some repairs. Ivan’s Collision Center did a fantastic job on my Jeep Wrangler. Ivan’s team took care of everything from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to collision repair, dealing with the insurance company, car rental company, and all the other parts that are involved. Victoria was very nice, and kept me updated when things were being done.
To my surprise, the car was even cleaned when returned to me! Overall, I would strongly recommend Ivan’s Collision Center for any of your car needs!

If you have to have an accident, this is the best place to get your car fixed. Everything was seamless. They let me know exactly what was happening with my car. I needed it by a certain date because we are going away and they rushed to get it done and they did a beautiful job. Highly recommend Ivan’s.

First-class service from the first moment. They solved everything with a lot of speed and disposition. Result of the car grade 10, they gave me the car before the scheduled date, polite and very efficient secretariat. I highly recommend it.

Very professional and courteous. They managed the whole process reps with the van. Even had the car rental ready. Not only did they repair the damage but they went above and beyond and detail the exterior and interior of the van. They also cleaned the engine and polished the headlights. It’s like a brand new van. I will take my other van to get detailed. Great experience and work.

I brought my car to Ivan's for repair after it was in an accident. Ivan did a fantastic job. The entire process was very easy. He helped me arrange for a rental car. The work was excellet and my car looked like new.

I could not have been more pleased with the attention I received and the professionalism at Ivan's collision center. Ivan did a wonderful job replacing my destroyed front bumper on my 2012 Taurus, and was very transparent about the pricing, managing to get me the best price for my repair. The car was in wonderful shape when I picked it up- washed and vacuumed as well! I would certainly recommend him to any of my friends and will use him for any repairs I need in the future!

Ivan has worked on two of my cars, the first one was mine and he did an amazing job!!! Someone crashed into me and I was so upset, I went to him without an appointment and he immediately looked at it, took pictures and gave me an estimate. He has the best prices around and multiple people recommended him to me so of course I went. My car came back looking brand new like nothing happened and he even cleaned it for me. When my mom had her accident I took it in and same thing, came back looking brand new, they even vacuumed and washed the car. The customer service is amazing from the moment you walk in, they give you updates on the car and when you pick it up and there’s a goody bag with air freshener, his card, and a pen. The attention to little details is truly amazing
