RC Willey

If you are considering furniture off any type of style, flooring, appliances, electronics and now e bikes, fill sized pinball machines and more then you will want to include RCWilley in your plans. They are only one of many furniture stores but they are the largest. My photos are in the electronics area with the pinball and e bikes.

We already knew what appliances we wanted based on research, so there was little for the RC Willey sales people to do other than get them ordered for us. That’s where RC Willey excelled. We placed our order for an in wall oven and gas cooktop late afternoon on a Saturday. We received the call that they had been received and ready for pickup by later that Monday morning. We picked them up and installed them ourselves that same day.

Any of the other places we considered purchasing these same items from were going to take about two weeks to get them and had worse financing options.

RC Willey’s is a good place to go for furniture annd/or appliances. I purchased a recliner and a washer and dryer from them. Very satisfied. The first washer and dryer I bought did not fit the space and so they went ahead and reimbursed me for that charge and I was able to order one that did fit my laundry room. Easy to work with.

I have been a loyal customer to RC Willeys for many years and I’ll tell you why. It’s because of employees like Chris (sales manager) and sales associate Leland. I recently purchased a high-end recliner and experienced problems with the chair. I called the office to inquire about the warranty. A service technician (Raoul) came out within a week. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He said he would do his best to try and get the chair repaired and returned within a few weeks. my wife and I decided to see if we could exchange the chair for a different model. The office referred us to Chris, I think he might be the store manager. Chris immediately wanted to make things right He asked what we wanted to do and then quickly authorized an exchange for another recliner. we were very pleased with the whole transaction. Not to mention the delivery guys were excellent and professional as well. The whole issue was rectified within two weeks. I give this store five stars.

We love RC Willey! We have purchased a lot of furniture and appliances from the last year. There are so many choices and ideas to choose from! Beautiful store! The sales associates are very helpful, but not pushy. When our furniture/appliances were delivered, everything was always handled with care and they treated our home with respect. We will always shop at RC Willey!

I haven't been to many furniture stores, but I was impressed that the sales floor representatives weren't pushy. They offered assistance appropriately but did not push too hard. The selection was great. We got a couch and a rug one weekend and went back for a kitchen table the next weekend! Definitely recommend. If you can, ask for Leland.

I LOVE this store!!! I have been shopping here for the last 10 years & they literally blow all the other furniture stores to shame! The one thing that sets them apart is you don’t have to wait for weeks & weeks for your order to come in & sometimes you can even take your item with you that day (if they have it in stock) I have ordered multiple items for both my home & my salon & all of the transactions from help in the store, to ordering, delivering & set-up have been nothing but amazing! On my last trip in, Jayson was the associate that helped me & he was absolutely amazing to work with!

I appreciate your store, professionalism, quality of furniture, and all you do for your customers RC Wiley, I won’t go anywhere else!

Ana was who helped me along my furniture journey. I had a vision for what I wanted my space to look like, and she only helped elevate it. She was honest if I had an idea that would not work in the space, and gently guided me to a better option. Now that everything has arrived, I am OBSESSED! They really helped me create my sanctuary.

We had to exchange a bed and Kazen (Sales Associate) #23864 was incredibly helpful and made sure we got the best deal with our exchange. He went over and above to make sure we picked a new bed that was to our liking. Very good salesman meeting the needs of the customer.

It always has been a fabulous experience with RC Willey. Almost our whole house has been setup using the furniture and appliances from RC Willey Reno! It has been 2 years of loyalty and I see it continuing way into the future as well! My husband and I were in the market to purchase all new appliances for a kitchen remodel. We walked into RC Willey just to quickly browse through their appliances options and see what they had to offer. We were quickly greeted by a young friendly salesmen named Chris. His knowledge of the products that we were looking for was above and beyond. Not to mention the other services that RC Willey offers such as 0 % financing for 18 months and their storage option really helped to seal the deal. A positive experience from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RC Willey (and Chris) at the appliance center to anyone at all!

Daryl was was very knowledgeable about the French Door Refrigerator that we purchased.
The delivery went well also, the guys broke down our old refrigerator and set up the new on fast, one half hour!
We have bought several pieces of furniture at the reno store over the years because they have the best selection and customer service.
