I want to give a huge shout out to Leon the manager for the meat department and two other guys sorry didn’t get your names that were so caring and kind to me and willing to look all over your store to find me a turkey I have never had this kind of customer service in my ever loving life. Thank you, Leon For your professionalism and your kindness and your willingness, and I hope you know it reallymeant a lot to me tonight and the guys that you were talking to and obviously those guys really cared for you that was my impression Thank you all for helping me tonight awesome customer service Awesome care thank you God bless

This stores great best out of all the other smiths in Reno/Sparks. Selection in the deli is great. All these Karen’s need to stop with their complaints and get real! The whole dam world is going through employee shortages and no one wants to work. These complainers need to get off their high horse and stop expecting your feet to be kissed. Your not god! And go back to California!!

Can't describe walking into the atore.. the spacious layout is easy to browse and the prices are excellent.. the stand out was the customer service.. amazing

Only came in for an umbrella, but the place is great! It's Kroger, we don't have these back in Arizona we have Fry's(it's all the same I guess) but the store was clean and we'll organized. The bathroom was clean which I appreciate. The staff were very friendly and helped us find what we were looking for!

Always a good experience. Employees are nice, helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Prices are ok compared to Walmart. Soda prices are actually better.

Very nice upscale grocery store. Nice selection of fresh produce, kitchen fresh cooked entrees in the deli section. Great selection of fine wines and liquor along with all sorts mixers, and many many more food items and home products. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist you with all your grocery needs.

I recently had two errors I caught in my last order.....chicken thighs rang up for the wrong amount and deli sliced cheese was missing About a 1/4 lb of cheese. Both unusual and especially in same transaction. Went to the store 2 days later with my receipt and the cheese (already cooked the chicken). They immediately told me to choose to the same dollar amount from the meat case for the chicken error. The deli manager actually gave me one pound of Swiss of a higher quality and profusely Apologized for the error and said it was unacceptable. The best customer service ever!

I've lived in Reno for 11 years, been to all the grocery stores, and this - by far, and deservedly - is my favorite. I am VERY picky about my produce (four kids; organic as much as possible) and I know when I go into Smith's the best of the best will be ready for us. (They even have a healthy snack bin where the kids can get their fruit for free while I shop!) Not only that, but if I'm looking for something, one if not two guys working produce will proactively ask if I need any help. Another sign of an AMAZING store... The managers are ALWAYS helping in checkout lines. Always! I've also had managers help me in the meat department with totally obscure needs... If I need it, they somehow magically have it... And in excellent quality/condition. To top it off, the store is open 24/7. Seriously folks... 24/7. I'm not sure who is behind the culture of this store, but whomever it is deserves MAJOR respect... And a hug... And a raise, as do all the employees there. (And no, I have no affiliation with this store on a personal level or otherwise. I just know good people when I see them.). To those who read and appreciate these reviews... Make THIS your store for all your needs!

Smiths is getting better in recent months. The selection of items is improving and the prices are great. The employees are friendly and the store is clean. While it isn't as cheap as Winco it is drastically cheaper than Safeway.

This is the best place to get produce always stocked and always fresh! I always notice one man inparticular named James atleast that's what it says on his name tag. He's always very friendly and everytime I go in there it seems he's working a 2 peoples job! Employees like this I hope get appreciation from Kroger. Cause of him I will continue to get my produce only from here as long as he's here. The rest of the store is nice a little spendy but great deals!
