Nordstrom Rack

Love these stores—and find that merchandise varies somewhat by geographical location.

This was the best/nicest Nordstrom rack experience I have ever had! The store was clean and so lovely to be in. I have to put all of my appreciate into the most kind and helpful staff member, Alicia Dryer. I have never had such incredible customer service before. Alicia was actively searching for the shoes I was looking for and bringing additional options for my interest as well. She was such a pleasure to meet and I truly would love to visit the store again and I know I would receive that same great customer service. Thank you so much Alicia!!!!!

I usually find really nice high-end threads for much cheaper than anywhere else.

Great place to shop with family. This is a very large shopping store filled with all kind of quality stuff. Me and my wife picked up lots of stuff at very reasonable prices, including a name brand hand bag, cosmetics, a casual sports jacket, 5 pants and 6 shirts, most of which were at less than half the original prices. They also have very friendly staff members who efficiently handle so many customers in line, always with a big smile. Especially, Barbara T at the cashier was willing to spend extra time to guide me to sign up for the credit card, so that we can get a big discount. Barbara is a very attractive lady with a beautiful smile. Thank you, Barbara, you made me a happy camper today.

Always a pleasure to shop there, they have what I'm looking for and the employees are pleasant.

Clean well stocked store. Only complaint is that most of the prices were not a very good deal. Had to do majority of shopping in other stores due to ridiculous pricing on items that are not that expensive

I made some Nordstrom sale returns to this store today and the lady who helped me was incredible. I can't remember her name (pregnancy brain) but she was so patient with my multiple orders and huge shoe boxes. There was a bit of a tense situation with another customer thinking she was next in line and this sweet woman handled the situation very well without making one of us feel less important than the other. I just wanted to give her a hug for how kind she was.

Quality goods at reasonable prices. They carry men's, women's and children's clothing. Holiday items for the home as well. One of my favorite places to shop. Haven't been to Nordstrom Rack for awhile. It is much better laid out, cleaner, more likable to me. Will come back again

Update…they always surprise me now Jean was wonderful she helped me to find a couple of this very sweet and then Wednesday she was very sweet as well.

Good place to shop. They have some crazy deals. You can almost make money on some of the stuff they sell there. Straight High end designer products at a Walmart price.

It's been awhile since I've been been a Nordstroms Rack. I absolutely love it. The customer service was very kind and helpful. I'm so glad I went. I bought quite a few things. Just like the good old days.

Very nice selection and very reasonable prices. They have a really nice selection of shoes of all sizes. You must check this place out especially if you need big shoes, i saw multiple size 18s there.
