The staff are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly and eager to help. And the best part? They wrap your gifts for free, saving you time and hassle while doing some last minute shopping. I highly recommend this family owned and operated store!

This is a family-owned, small business that carries a vast array of toys and candy… John, the store owner and the entire staff couldn’t be friendlier if they tried. They’re very helpful and offer complimentary gift wrapping.

This store has one of the biggest inventories of vintage & new Hot Wheels that I’ve ever encountered. Every time I’m in Reno I make it a point to stop by, whether it’s picking up something for the kids or a little something for myself…

If you’re looking for a child’s gift, don’t go to a big box shop or online, this is the place to go to! You may have to pay slightly more, but it’s worth every cent!

Excellent toy store! Great customer service. My mother, brother, and I, went when the store was closing and the owner let us in. Very passionate about his awesome toys store. Loves this place every time we come to reno we stop and get pur boys some toys. We don't have toy shops like this anymore. So it's nice to come and spoil our children.

We were just in the store. A young gentleman with a cowboy hat played with our 3 year old and helped her choose some toys. Also, Great Grandma was having her 96th birthday. He brought her a balloon and wished her Happy birthday. What an amazing employee!

This is hands down the coolest store I have been too in some time.

John is the man he finds the hot wheels I want and always let's me know wwhen my cars are in. He goes out of his way for me every time. You can't go wrong shopping with him. It's a must place to shop for hot wheels and other toys.

I love this place!!! Needed to find something small but unique to take home to grandkids after my trip to Reno. What a lovely, large store - nicely organized and spacious. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very nice, large and clean restroom. Prices are very reasonable and the selection is extensive and unique. I'd come back to Reno just to go to this store!

This store is the best!!! My nieces were able to pick what toys they wanted for Christmas and place them into bins in the store. The bins were held for 30 days and we were able to call in and have the items described to us to pick out. The store then wrapped them, complimentary!, added a gift tag, and will hold them for pick up. When I say they were the NICEST on the phone, I can't capitalize it enough!! Wonderful store, wonderful program, wonderful staff, wonderful prices, 5 out of 5!!!!!!

Excellent toy store and great customer service. A bit expensive but the toys I've bought seem high quality. Love that they will gift wrap your items for no additional cost. Like that you can make a wish box for a child so others can come pick out a toy to buy for them. Will definitely return!

We had the best experience at this local toy store! From the owner John greeting us right away, to the personal attention to helping us find what we were looking for. Our kids were in hog heaven at all the reasonably priced toys! Classics from the 90’s to now. You won’t leave empty handed that’s for sure. They even have a little candy shop set up, with vintage candy too. They gift wrap for free too! They also offer a military discount which we weren’t expecting but totally blown away by.
