Even on vacation, Trader Joe's never disappoints! I was able to find everything I was looking for. Love TJ's! Friendly, helpful staff. Great prices! Always a solid 5 and this location was no exception. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The crew that works at Trader Joe's are the absolute best!! Everyone is friendly and gracious. Chit chatting and smiling. They treat you like family. Plus the grocery items are really good.

Always positive vibes at this place and the prices are fairly untouched by inflation. They have unique products that are whimsically creative and priced to sell. For instance, we love their tangerine juice that seems like it was squeezed yesterday and bursts with flavor.

Traders foods are delicious and fresh the smaller quantities is just the right size, and if you need find something they will take you all the way there, more helpful than my children

Always have a great and affordable selection. The employees are always super fun and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They are starting a new initiative to eliminate a ton of their plastic packaging in the next few years so I think that great! Love the Trader Joe’s brand items too, always interesting and tasty. They also make great ready made made goods for quick options. The only thing I wish is that Reno had a larger one because this one can get very busy and a little cramped.

Once again, I am floored by the exceedingly wonderful customer care shown by a crew member. My husband and I shopped in the Reno, NV store on 12/13/2023. Pinkie warmly engaged us in conversation. Upon learning that we were about to celebrate a major anniversary, she brought us a really beautiful gift and congratulated us. We were blown away and remain amazed with the level of customer care at Trader Joe's and by Pinkie, in particular. We have been loyal Trader Joe's customers for about 30 years and will continue to be in the future. This is a business that thoroughly understands great customer service!

I love Trader Joe's because there are certain things you can get here that you can't buy anywhere else. They have a lot of vegan or vegetarian options as well. They also have some natural body care products that I enjoy, such as their peppermint toothpaste.

Great selection of food items that are generally of higher quality and reasonably priced. Whether you are preparing a sumptuous meal or just snacking, you have a diverse selection to choose from.

Really nice associates. Great selection. Store is small so the aisles are tight if it’s busy - but that’s true for all Trader Joe’s. Clean and well organized.

Fantastic TJs. Staff is always so friendly, like all TJs. I’m so appreciative there is a TJs in Reno, but look forward to the day they come to Truckee.

Besides trying to control myself from buying everything in sight whenever I get to visit a TJ’s, I loved the friendliness and environment that is created for shoppers of all ages. I was impressed by the cart wipes available, the complimentary washed fruit for kids who want a quick healthy snack, and the fun little “find Arnie” game where kids are to look around the store for the stuffed animal mascot for a small treat reward. Too cute! I was bummed that I couldn’t buy the carrot cake cupcakes that I found last weekend in Portland Oregon (cashier here said she hadn’t seen them for awhile) but there were plenty of other goodies to satisfy my sweet tooth!

I am never disappointed with the selection, service, and staff! It is one of the most professional establishments I have ever stepped foot in. Love the people, and it's always clean and organized. Magnificent!

I really can't enough good things about Trader Joe's. It's such a great place to get quick, easy dinners. All the cashiers and workers here are nice, friendly, and efficient.

I got 2 FULL grocery carts for only $443! I am in heaven. Atleast 60% organic for that price!

Ample parking, store is organized and clean, variety of foods and holiday goodies, check out is fast, efficient and all the staff is friendly and helpful, I can’t ask for anything more! Thank you!

I just love this store. Quality products. Affordable prices. Friendly employees. My ONLY complaint is location. Takes me 40 minutes on a good day to get there from cold springs. Due to that, I don't visit often. I would love to see another store close to the north Valleys. We are like the red headed step child of the city.

Love all unique find , fresh produce and meat which are not awfully expensive as compared to Safeway or Whole foods.
