Mike and the dealership were great to deal with. The SUV we purchased was in great shape with a clean car fax. The price was good, right in line with what we had seen while shopping around, but without the ridiculously high processing fee we found at other dealerships. They were easy to deal with. No tricks or surprises. We put a deposit down and when we came back to finish the purchase, the car was ready with thirty day tags. The sales transaction was fast and easy and the service experience was above and beyond. Definitely recommend doing business here!

As a new comer, I visited dozens of car dealers in Lynchburg and Roanoke, in the end I chose Caspian Auto and Mike to close a deal. Mike helped me find my 2017 Camry LE for a good price. previously bought a car from Caspian Autos honestly one of the best and cleanest cars i’ve seen. Every other auto sales area i have been to the cars were not clean and had some type of damage to it. Mike is also a very nice guy and does not let anyone leave with out feeling pleased and knowing that they can count on Caspian autos. Honestly don’t hesitate and go to Caspian autos and enjoy your time. This is the first used car lot i can confidently give 5 stars. I bought my Elantra GT through Caspian. I waited awhile to give a review so I knew how good of a car I had. Not only did I get a good car, but Mike and his brother helped fix my airbag at a cheaper price than the shop so I could pass inspection back in June. Ive had my Elantra almost a year now in August and I have no complaints. This is a wonderful place to buy a car and also gives you peace of mind. I would absolutely buy here again!

I was very fortunate to find Caspian Auto Sales. I was in a bind. I needed to find a good used car fast. The car that I was driving wouldn't pass inspection without me spending $1000. I bought it in 2006 and kept hoping it would last until the chip shortage had passed and that maybe used car prices would come back down to earth. No such luck. So I started looking at some used car lots on Williamson Road. My comfort level wasn't very high since I've always bought new cars or used cars from private parties. I stopped at a lot called USA Auto where the salesman told me that he had the type of car I was looking for at their other lot called Caspian Auto Sales just a couple miles further out on Williamson Road. Just the calm way he seemed to want to help made me more comfortable. So I drove out to Caspian Auto Sales where I met a salesman who goes by the name Mike. (Not his real name but easy for people to remember). Turns out the two guys I met were brothers & that there is a 3rd brother also working there. They came to this country over 20 years ago to avoid persecution and raise their families. To me that helps explain how come they were so easy going and helpful. After test driving a couple of cars I found one with a fair price I liked so problem solved.

Mike was fabulous in selling me a Ford Transit( yes Mike we are a little slow and the radio easily turns on with a push and hold hahaha....got the better of us for a bit)! Made everything incredibly easy and fast.... he was kind and non-invasive (nobody enjoys a pushy salesman).....Which processing it so quick was fabulous as I really needed it to go quickly! The car has run beautifully and was in great condition...much less amazing mileage on this truck considering its age! Thank you again for a great experience!!!!

Mike is the man you will want to ask for. I highly recommend him. He gave us personal space while looking & was very straightforward with pricing so you won't have to worry about hidden fees. Great experience, thanks to Mike and his team for their service! My wife and I walked away with a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox!, With every used car their are issues and questions that come up but Mike helped us every step of the way. Very easy to deal with! Probably the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Showed up, found one I liked and they went above and beyond to put me in it with very reasonable rates and down payment!! The warranty all their vehicles and they fixed the few small issues I had with the vehicle with no questions asked at all!! Will definitely buy from here again!!!
