We had a wonderful experience with Local Auto sales LLC. Everyone was kind and helpful but most of all I felt they were honest. There was one thing wrong with the cars back up camera and they told me in advance. I certainly would recommend them without a doubt.
UPDATE: We didnt have time to have our Cadillac checked out mechanically before we bought it. We purchased it on just our own non professional limited knowledge. Today we had a Professional Mechanical go over our car with a fine tooth comb so to speak. All he found was a tag light out and it needed a oil change soon. He said the car was in "Amazing" condition and wanted to know if we were interested in selling it...lol ~ Thank you Local cars for my dream car in "Amazing" condition.

I had the best experience here. I was walked through lots of cars within my price range. I was a little overwhelmed with the amount of inventory and variety of vehicles. All questions were answered honestly. Clean title. Actual mileage. Car was cleaned. Brakes were a little funky and were replaced before I drove off the lot. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a car.

Purchased the Pontiac G6 2008, the people there were really nice and candid. Willing to offer help and lower the price of things if plausible. Had an issue with the car where it smoked during my test drive but by the next day they fixed it! 10/10 would recommend:)

AMAZING. This is a car dealership you can trust. They made me feel comfortable and helped me understand everything clearly. They really care about their customers and the cars! I just purchased a 2014 Chevy Malibu and I can not be happier. 10/10 I would give 10 stars if I could. If you’re second guessing on a car dealership, don’t. Go to Local Motors.

I got this BMW 535xi less than 2 months ago. It broke down this time in Richmond (3 hours from my house). I’ve already spent almost $4000 fixing issues on this car. Of course - none of it is covered by their ridiculous CARS Protection Plus warranty that they offer (at an extra cost). After reading reviews, I see that I’m not the only one who was told there was a mileage discrepancy, so there’s another red flag. They have not been willing to do anything at all to resolve this situation and barely respond. I do not recommend buying anything from this place and they need to shut their doors. Awful service after you buy!!

This establishment has been reviewed by the owners themselves/those they know. Not actual customers, all at 5 stars with a lack of details. Giving off a sense of unreliability. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle. Those who 1 starred this establishment seem to follow a pattern. The establishment also doesn't do in house financing, for those who may want to purchase a vehicle from here.

They said the title had a discrepancy in miles and it happens all the time after purchasing a carfax with my money come to find out they like to roll back odometers. As you can see the miles changed after they purchased it. Told me they would reimburse me for the carfax and never did. Also treat their customers with no respect. I’ve never left a review but let me save you the trouble and tell you but don’t buy from these crooks!

Wasted 2 and a half hours for them to offer HALF of actual blue book trade in value of our vehicle. Avoid this business. The 5-star reviews are quite obviously fake.

Scam artists. Listed a car for sale with 92k miles. When we got there (2 hours wasted) they told us there was a discrepancy with the mileage in the title. Told us the title was wrong but the miles on the car were correct. Would not provide carfax so we purchased them and saw where it had 190k miles just like the title. When we questioned this they said they bought it at the auction that way but clearly the carfax states they bought it at the auction with 190k miles. These people will scam you out of your money if you let them. Tried to get my husband to take his review down on here for $100 as well. WHAT A JOKE.

Terrible business not professional at all. They will try and rip you off!
