I placed an order on the Shoe Hive website for a dress! The dress was shipped the next day, and arrived promptly and exactly as described. I’m very happy with my purchase and would absolutely order online again!

If I could give a million stars for the fast, gracious service of the ladies in this store when I came hobbling in on a Saturday evening on my way to meet friends for dinner with a “catastrophic espadrille emergency. “ Thank you! 🥰

I love this wonderful shoe (and oh so much more) shop in Old Town Alexandria. When I visit a friend, we always stop there. This time I bought a fabulous pair of Softwave shoes. They are wonderful walking shoes with a lot of fashion flair. Love them and all the help at the store. They mailed them to me and I received the box yesterday. Go visit The Shoe Hive. You won't be disappointed.

Although I did not find exactly what I was looking for I would gladly advice any sophisticated shoe loving women to check this boutique out. There is a wide variety of high end high quality shoe and clothing options available. The owner was marvelously kind and professional. If I had not been looking for a specific item I would have definitely been more than satisfied with the selection available of quality items.

The shoe selection was interesting, and I saw a unique purse I considered purchasing. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The sales associates stood behind the register the entire time. Six customers were in the store at the time, and the employees stood behind the register, having their own private conversation. I held the purse in my hand and then over my shoulder in the mirror for several minutes. Two customers shared their thoughts about how the bag looked, but the employees said nothing. No input, not additional information about the brand or bag. This was surprising because the service at The Hive a couple blocks away was fantastic. I left without purchasing anything. Please schedule your best Shoe Hive staff for next year’s Alexandria Warehouse Sale.
