William did an excellent job helping me set up a new phone. He made the process seamless and was kind enough to assist with a screen protector. He informed me of all info I needed to know and answered all my questions. He was great!

Ali was ABSOLUTELY great!!! He assisted us when 3 prior stores couldn't, he gave us a fantastic deal very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you may have in a clear and concise manner would highly recommend everyone try this store and ask for Ali I came from a completely different state and it was still more than worth it!!!

Came to this Verizon location to transfer my phone line and let's just say I'm happy I did. I was greeted by Vik who made my experience such an ease. His patience, and clear communication made my whole experience so efficient. I was in and out with a new phone, transferred phone line in less than hour. I highly recommend this location if you want a staff who gets the job done in a timely manner. Maybe next time I'll be there late enough to have pizza with the staff (inside joke).

Unbelievable service! I arrived with an old dying phone about 7:35. They close at 8. I left the store two hours later. My phone, on it's last legs, kept rebooting. Which meant the transfer of data was slow and needed to be restarted many times. Through it all, Ali calmly solved each road block. Unfortunately, errors were made in billings so I found out the next day that an iPhone was erroneously ordered and two lines were erroneously added to my Verizon bill. I wasted a bit of time addressing those problems. Just the same, notice the 5 star rating I am leaving. Well deserved.

Ali was exceptionally professional and patient to help my three kids set up their new phones. Customers kept coming in but he always maintained his professionalism and courtesy with everybody. He works super hard till late....but he helps every single customer.

After coming to this location and being treated poorly by another staff member (not listening to me, dismissing my concerns, making my problem worse, rushing through the interaction, and talking over me) …Ali came in to save the day. Ali was committed to solving my problem, attentive, polite, and resilient! He went above and beyond any interactions I've have with sales reps in the past. After being so close to dropping Verizon all together…he successfully got me a new phone, increased my trade in value and educated me on the plans to help me make the decision to upgrade my service, which ultimately reinforced my decision to stay. I observed him treating other customers with respect as well. I will be coming back to Ali for any questions or concerns I have in the future. He’s great at his job!
