Had the best experience with physical therapy on my knee. Ashlyn and Carmen got me to a good place where I have full use of my knee. Very grateful to these gals.

I’d been here multiple times prior for various physical therapy reasons. Always had a good experience and I loved the physical therapists and desk staff.

Unfortunately, today I had the opposite experience. I overslept slightly (night shift worker), but luckily live so close that I was able to get to the facility before the 15 minute cutoff time for rescheduling. Instead of honoring that, a girl came from the back, lying that I was more than 20 minutes late. I showed her my phone to prove that was not the case and I had arrived in time. Then suddenly the policy for rescheduling was 10 minutes not 15 minutes. Magic!

Never mind all that. It’s a shame too because my past experiences were great. Now I definitely wouldn’t recommend this facility.
