Our son slipped playing in the yard and busted his lip. We drove a little further to come to this particular urgent care based off of their google reviews.

We are so grateful we came to this urgent care!

They are all very nice, treating us like family. Tony was very patient and nice answering all of our questions and concerns. They made us and our son feel comfortable during a nerve-racking time.

I went to Express Family Care on Saturday with severe ear pain. Waited less than 10 minutes. Saw Dr. Alligood. Very nice and a great bedside manner. It was a very thorough exam. He explained his findings, answered all of my questions and prescribed medications. He printed out the detailed instructions on the medications. The staff is wonderful also. I would highly recommend going there.

Great experience, very short wait time. From the receptionist at check in, to the nurse during work up, to Dr. McLennan-my time at Express Family Care was so appreciated from beginning to end. Y’all are the best ♥

Very impressed with this urgent care! Everyone on staff was super friendly, the wait was a bit long but they were very understanding about it and moved quickly once it was my turn. Felt like they truly listened to me! Would absolutely go back here.

I felt heard and taken care of. They took their time to find a prescription that wouldn't interfere with a preexisting condition. I'll definitely be back if I need an urgent care visit in the future. In and out in ~45 minutes as a new patient, wonderful experience.

My dad was seen here and received excellent care, the front desk staff is efficient and friendly. Amanda (PA) and the nursing staff were very helpful and professional. Very clean and well run facility, highly recommend!

Cannot express enough how much care you get here. The owner saw our daughter after hours because she was having an allergic reaction. They listen and care and truly have all their patients interests first. Cannot give enough praises.

Express Family Care Bonsack has been my primary source of medical care MANY times . As a nurse, the good news is they are always helpful, kind, and professional, not to mention~ affordable. You truly could not ask for better service! The wait can be long (!!) but it beats the 30 to 60 days the PCP offers especially if you are sick or need that school physical. Bring a good book or some IG reels to watch- It's worth it.

Went here to get my physical took an eternity just for the doctor to come but the staff is very nice would recommend they have tv in the rooms 😁

So thankful for this Urgent Care. Easy to schedule our appointment online and complete the forms. Hardly had any wait when we got there before getting into and room and seen. They were so good with my 3-year-old and even though they needed to do lots of tests, they made it fun for him. They listened to all our concerns and I will definitely come back!

I had a very pleasant experience at Express Family Clinc on Valley Gate Blvd. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor did a wonderful job fixing my problem but explaining everything as well. I highly recommend this clinic.

I made appointment online. Arrived a bit early and was taken right back. The nurse was in promptly, was very attentive. She listened to all my answers carefully.
A few minutes later a young PA or Dr. Not sure which, came in and asked pertinent questions and listened patiently.
We did two tests and I got results and medication called in that was ready when I reached the pharmacy ten minutes later.
From the receptionist to the medical staff it was a pleasant and prompt visit.
I could not come up with a single complaint. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I can not recommend this place enough. From the front desk, to the nurses to the providers everyone is so nice and caring. You get in and out very quick with a thorough exam and treatment. 10/10 experience every time I come here.

I cannot say enough kind things about the staff at Express Family Care. I was seen within 30 minutes of arriving. I didn't have to call or sit in my car and wait to be tested for COVID. They were cheerful and extremely helpful. I had a problem with the pharmacy that my RX was sent to that involved 3 different phone calls. They were kind and helpful each time I called and never made me feel like I was bothering them. Thank you for your care!

I cannot say enough things about this urgent care. They’re my go to for after hour normal office hours injuries or sickness. I took my toddler in Monday to be seen for an injury, they were thorough with X-rays and diagnosis. The PA we saw (Bowles) went above and beyond, she even offered me a hug because I was so upset over the ordeal. You don’t get that treatment most places. She has a kind heart and is in the right profession.
