VelocityCare - Daleville

The staff was awesome! We've recently moved back to the Valley from AZ. The staff was friendly, informative, and efficient. New patient appointments are 6 months out. If you are new and need something before you establish a new provider, I would HIGHLY recommend them! ♥

I always suggest this place to everyone because they take appointments and they are very quick and efficient! And the staff has always been nice to me and my daughter.

I was impressed! Had eye injury and wanted to make sure it was not serious. Called Velocity Care to see if they could even handle that or should I make an optometrist appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant, said they could take care of that, and offered to make an appointment to avoid the flu crowd. We made the appointment, and I had barely sat down in the waiting room before they called me back. Nurses were efficient in collecting background information and the PA who actually inspected my injury was confident and clear about what he was going to do. That made me feel better, as better as I could feel with someone working on my eye. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Took my daughter in for what ended up being an ear infection and the staff were so kind to her, from the front desk to all of the clinical staff! Treating a sick toddler isn't always the easiest thing to do but by the time we left, she was in a great mood despite not feeling well. On top of that, we were in and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend using the Save a Spot feature to help with wait time!

I usually go to the Velocity Care on Electric Road but I live closer to the Daleville location so I went today for the first time and it was very good experience. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The nurse and NP I saw had great bedside manner! I’m prone to feeling lightheaded and occasionally passing out and the lightheaded-ness set in and the NP was quick to accommodate me and didn’t make a big deal about it (which I always appreciate because the feeling will always pass, I just need a minute). I’ve been to places where I feel like a nuisance because of my issue but didn’t feel any of that today. I’ll definitely be going back for non-emergent, urgent needs. Thank you!

I come here every single time we are not feeling well. I have seen some reviews on here about the time wait and a lot of people don’t know it may be due to the allergy clinic on certain days. I have always came here and had a great experience. The doctors, nurses , and staff are great!! I’m never in there long. Thank you to the drs and nurses for being so great with the kids!

I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews for this clinic. I just moved here from Colorado and have had to go to VelocityCare twice. I’ve seen two different nurse practitioners and they were both super knowledgeable with great bedside manners. I was very impressed with them. Hopefully I won’t need to go back, but if I do, at least I know that I’m in good hands.

I have been to this Velocity care multiple times and have never had a bad experience. We took my 4 year old there lastnight for a high fever and the nurses and doctor were all GREAT with him. They were very patient with him (he hates going to the doctor), and gave him some gingerale because they heard he was thirsty. The doctor was extremely kind and took her time talking with us about his diagnosis. It was a good experience. Today I recieved a call from thek just checking in to see how he was feekings and to see if I had any questions for them. It was a pleasant surprise! Thank you all for being so kind and going above and beyond for my son!

I was very surprised to see negative reviews for the Daleville VelocityCare. My daughter slipped and fell on the ice and they could not have been more patient, professional, and efficient. This was on a Saturday night...during COVID...and we were in and out quickly and felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. No wait. Additionally, they recognized that she was barely 18, scared, and in pain so they immediately asked if I wanted to come in with her despite the fact that this is not general practice for "adults" over 18 during COVID. I am thankful we decided to go to Daleville rather than to an urgent care in a busier area (equidistant from our home) or to the emergency room and will choose to do the same should we need urgent care again. Thanks, Daleville!

I was in the area visiting family and hurt my shoulder pretty badly. Got in to see the doctor within 15-20 minutes of getting there, and was on my way within 30. They were very knowledgeable and helpful the whole time. Even called a few days later to check up and see how I was doing and if I had any questions.

I was nervous about going to see a random out of town doctor, but had no reason to be!

Excellent service for real emergencies. I stabbed my finger with a chef's knife and cut an artery and nerve with blood spurting - first time for that. They took me in quickly, stitched it up, and referred me to a surgeon for nerve repair a week later. Much better than hospital ER for this type of intermediate emergency.

Dr.Eddins was fantastic. I went into the clinic with flu like symptoms. I tested negative for flu , but positive for Covid. Dr.Eddins was professional and caring. I would highly recommend your facility to everyone. Thank you Dr.Eddins.

In Feb 2014 I saw a doctor at Velocity Care who immediately recognized that I was critically ill. He called an ambulance, I was admitted to CRMH ICU and remained hospitalized for 55 days. For those, who get frustrated if they have to wait, please remember there may be a critically ill patient who needs attention first. I don't remember that doctor's name, but he likely saved my life.

My son came in with something very painful in his eye. The staff was superb in working with him to calm him down, make friends and take the fear out of getting it flushed out. In particular Carly was a true "child-whisperer!" Thanks!

Showed up on a Saturday afternoon, there was a few people in the waiting room, within 10-15 minutes a nurse called us back everyone was very nice the P.A. diagnosed my son with chigger bites, in and out in a reasonable amount of time, very unusual, as to I have been there when they were totally unprofessional.(few years ago)
Maybe they replaced everyone??
