Dr Moore and his staff are outstanding. Not only does he have a great personality, but he also does outstanding work. He has a wonderful chairside manner and my kids love him. He does not do unnecessary work, and is very honest when doing treatment plans. The office staff is very friendly. We are so glad that we found him. We recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

I have always dreaded going to any dentist appointment until I came to see Dr Moore. Since I was a child I have had horrible experiences. I have never felt so comfortable then I did at my first appointment . He was very calming and didn’t judge. I now look forward to my cleanings and any dental work. He is very reassuring and explains processes very through. All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and overall very welcoming. Would def recommend !!!

If I could put stars all over this page, it would reflect how I feel about my dental team and family!! Yes, I include family as this is a tight knit group!! They care about you and it shows from the front office signing in until you are checking out.
I started seeing Dr. Moore when I was living in NC over 7 years ago. I still have the best dentist I have ever had in my life!
If you are looking for a great dentist w a great assistant (Donna), for yourself or children or grandparents, this is YOUR one stop place!!
Awesome 👏 !!

Wonderful staff, always pleasant. Dr. Moore exhibits great care and solid professional judgment in his work. He is meticulous, empathetic, patient, and informative with an easy-going style. All of these qualities are exactly what one needs a dentist to be.

Dr Moore and his staff are very kind. They have taken great care of both me and my kids. I gave this review 3 stars because I never wait less than 30 minutes past the scheduled appt time for my kids or I to be called back. On many occasions it has been 45mins- 1hr. I know things happen, but not every single time. I watch patients come and go repeatedly for the other dentist in the office, before finally being called back. I stay with this office be cause my kids are so comfortable with Dr. Moore.

To be honest I hate to have to write a negative review, and I never have, but after careful contemplation I feel I need to be truthful and share my experience regarding Dr. Moore. I had seen Dr. More for a couple of routine dental exams and a filling with no issues in the past, and I have no problems with the office personnel or dental hygienist as they have always been very nice and friendly. (More recently I had been seeing another dentist due to changes in my dental insurance plan.) This review is solely regarding Dr. Moore's attitude and treatment during a tooth extraction. Unfortunately, I had to have an ER tooth extraction for a lower bicuspid that became extremely infected after a filling. The other dentist I had been seeing was unable to work me in, and due to the extreme pain I called Dr. Moore's office. I was absolutely shocked that Dr. Moore was so rude and showed NO empathy! It took over 1 1/2 hrs to extract the tooth, and unfortunately my mouth could not be fully numbed due to the infection being so severe. When I told Dr. M that my mouth was not fully numbed he responded, "I don't see how it's not as you have been adequately medicated." He showed zero empathy, and acted as if I was exaggerating. To top it off, he became angry and frustrated because the tooth was difficult to remove. Also, Dr. M also told me to quit shaking my head as he had his hands in my mouth using dental pliers to try to wiggle and jerk the bicuspid out. I told him I wasn't trying to shake my head, but he replied, "Well, it's not me as I'm not strong enough to move your head." Really??? Ludicrous! ...Dr. Moore, in response to your comment: I'm actually glad that you have read and responded to my review. Of course, no one wants a negative review, but your attitude and treatment were at best deplorable. When I was a youth I had oral surgery to remove a tumor in my upper gum that was preventing a tooth coming in, gum repair, and a button was applied by an orthodontist to the tooth to slowly move it into the correct position. I have also had a wisdom tooth removed by another dentist with no issues. Also, my last filling done by my previous dentist was due to an old filling that had gone bad, and it had to be drilled out and a new filling put in, and this was done without any medicine at my request. I am not a wimp, and I have never been fearful or nervous of dental work. I understand that a tooth may not be able to be fully numbed especially when it was as infected as mine was, but what I have a problem with was your complete lack of empathy and your rudeness. I am sincerely hoping you will learn something from this honest and open review that will help you reevaluate how you will treat others in the future. If everyone followed the golden rule, to treat others as they would want to be treated, this world would be a lot more pleasant place to live indeed!

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience was so TERRIBLE, it would be negligent to not write one. Get comfortable, because my grievances are quite lengthy. I was a patient of Dr. Gardner's before he passed away and his practice was sold to Dr. Moore. Dr. Gardner and his staff were phenomenal! I was very pleased to learn that his hygienist stayed with Dr. Moore as she is wonderful. However, to my dismay, the "new" front desk is a total mess. They "lost" my appointment (I work in a medical office. I know stuff happens. How do you lose an appointment when all of your booking is done on PAPER?!). While they were sorting it out, I could over hear them talking in the waiting room how someone who works there had written down the wrong last name for me. Also in the same sitting, a gentleman came in and they "lost" his appointment too. This gentleman re-scheduled and walked out. About ten minutes later, I heard them say the same person wrote this guy up wrong and they argued over who had to call and tell him. After all of that bologna, I went back, had my excellent check up, met Dr. Moore (which I was pleased with), and left. I scheduled an appointment about a month later for a porcelain crown molding, which I kept, and was disappointed again. After waiting for an HOUR, I was asked to reschedule because something had gone horribly wrong with another patient. I was beyond frustrated with them, so I let them know how I felt about it. Dr. Moore requested that I stay so he could speak with me and smooth things over. I was not about to agree to that, so I left. This was six months ago. Just two days ago, I found out that when I changed insurances, the young lady at the desk couldn't copy my husband's name down from my insurance card apparently. The claim was denied for SEVEN MONTHS because they kept trying to submit the claim as me being the insurance carrier (also - why in the world would a company wait SEVEN MONTHS to notify me that I need to pay $131 for a check up because my insurance denied the claim?) To keep a terribly long story (not so) short, my mother has had the same issues, as well as others we know who have gone to Dr. Moore's office. I strongly recommend people to stay away from this office if they value their patience.

Terrible dentist. He decided to fill my child’s baby tooth (which I now realize was totally unnecessary)… botched the filling… redid the filling… and my son ended up with a huge abscess. Stay away.

Don’t go here please go elsewhere this place is not where you want to have dental work done or having to deal with the rude and inefficient front desk staff.
