I have not been to a dentist in at least 10 years. Dr. Pham and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I have put off having the dental work done that I needed because of previous less than pleasant dental experiences. Dr. Pham and his staff put me at ease and were able to schedule me quickly to start the work. I am actually looking forward to having all my dental issues taken care of.

I highly recommend 5 Star dental DR PHAM AND HIS WIFE on Peters Creek road for anyone that needs work done till there teeth, even a cleaning because they are amazing I had to go in yesterday for a consultation and he got me in this morning at 8:00 for my root canal their staff is amazing!!!!!!!!!! He is very gentle with doing anything to your teeth and his secretarys Holly and Faye are very nice also and there's one other girl that I spoke to and she is very very nice too!!!!! Also if you are having bad pain from a tooth just let them know and they will get u in as fast as they can I'm so happy that my besties/cousins told me about you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my fiancé have been going to this dentist for quite some time now. Between the two of us we have had 2 root canals , and almost 10 cavities filled . It is true to say I have had a GREAT experience with 5 Stars Dental. They also can provide X-rays & referral for wisdom teeth as they did for me. And they don’t plan the fillings months apart like everywhere else has done . Very quick with scheduling & efficient in their work. Thank you 5 Stars Dental!

After not seeing a dentist for over 10 years due to fear of dentist, I absolutely love this place! Dr. Pham was so gentle and caring of my comfort during the filling process! Front desk staff, Kayleigh is great easy to make appointments with and so sweet!

Dr. Pham is absolutely amazing! Every single one of these reviews mentions how caring him and his staff are, and they are absolutely right. I just turned 25 this past Monday and my teeth are absolutely destroyed. I thought I was going to have to have dentures, everything was inflamed and in pain and they got me right in. They are one of the few places in Virginia that does root canals with Medicaid instead of just pulling a tooth. While we waited on the pre-authorization for the root canal, he was so caring and filled the tooth with a temporary filling, and medicine to keep it from being even more inflamed. When I went back, they not only did the root canal, but they even made time to do a second root canal that was really bothering me, even though the tooth was not in severe pain. This tooth was my front canine, and it was absolutely disgusting, him and his team took time to shave it down and fill it after doing the root canal even though that was not on the treatment for that day. They gave me my smile back, even though I still have a lot of work to do, I can now smile, and show my front teeth and not have to worry about the giant mass of a cavity that was on it. I 100% recommend this Dentist and his staff because they have been nothing short of a miracle workers 🥹

The office was super clean!! Kaylee the front desk coordinator is very sweet she will call you and make sure you get your appointment she stays on top of the cancellations as well!! The staff is very professional and organized !!! Dr.Pham gets 5 stars!!! Overall I had a great experience !!!

Dr. Pham and staff are phenomenal. I have always had a pleasant experience.

Dr. Pham is a great dentist and very really good at his job. He is very nice and friendly as well as everyone who is there. Wait time is exceptional. They call you back right the time of your appointment. They take X-rays and Dr. Pham is right their checking your teeth right away. The Hygienist is very good at cleaning your teeth. When you have a cavity, they numb your gun area and you don't feel the shot at all. Highly recommend 5-Star Dental! Even the decorations in the rooms and waiting area are really nice.

If you are looking for a great dentist, Dr Pham is wonderful! He is so gentle and understanding. I went to him a month ago for the first time last month I had a very painful tooth. He took me right in and took care of my tooth. Today I returned for a cleaning. I have not seen a dentist for over 3 years. He and his dental assistant worked for 45 minutes cleaning my teeth with no problem at all. My teeth look so much better and feel great too!

Every employee is super friendly and helpful. From the receptionist to the Dentist always a great experience. Highly recommended!

Doctor Jacob Is a wonderful, passionate, loving and caring doctor. I highly recommend to anyone. Staffs are wonderful, they are very friendly and kind.

They make you feel really comfortable here and everyone is so gentle.

The practice does an okay job on simple work, but the staff seems very inexperienced and has been very rude on occasion.

Very rude receptionist. Has an attitude of a teenager, and hangs up without saying anything.
