Four weeks ago, I posted an online review, giving only 1 star (I wanted to give a 0 but it wasn’t an option) for this store. After shopping at this location, I felt very stressed out and uncomfortable. The personnel were super rude and unhelpful. I was saddened because I live across the street and love Lululemon products, but unfortunately, I didn't feel like going back there. However, circumstances changed, and I needed to return. So, I went back today, 2/8/24, around 11 am, and here's my new experience.
Upon entering the store, I noticed beautiful displays of new products. The items were folded to perfection on the tables, and the hanging clothes looked impeccable. I received a wonderful greeting from the store associate at the register with a genuine smile, which made me very happy. I was helped right away, and I could try on my clothes in a very clean dressing room. The girl working there was super helpful and very nice; it felt like she loves working there.
But the best part was the person behind the register, whose name is Victor (I specifically asked him for his name). He was the one who greeted me enthusiastically when I entered the store. His customer service is out of this world! He made me smile and feel happy, and because of that, I will cancel my previous review for that store and post a new one!
I will recommend this location to all my friends, family, and business partners. Victor made that location extremely special and exclusive, so only because of him does that store deserve 5 stars! I hope the regional manager of that store will recognize his exceptional professionalism!
Thank you for making me come back to that location. It will definitely become my number 1 store now!

Really nice and great customer service, staff was super sweet

I want to give a shout out to Liz, Victor and a Black female clerk with short hair who was wearing a camo jacket for their exceptional service (especially Liz and the woman). I ordered a backpack online and picked up on my lunch break. Parking was blocked off in front of the store due to reserved parking by the city. Liz greeted me promptly and had my backpack in seconds, even though the store was very busy for a workday and she and the other main clerk (Black female clerk with short hair wearing a camo jacket) were busy helping other customers. I was in a hurry to get back to work. I did not notice the sensor went off when I left the store. The female clerk and her colleague, Liz, tried to chase me down the sidewalk to get my attention, but I was in a rush. Liz called me and left a message before I got to far so that I would not realize I had the sensor still on when I got home. When I called the store, Victor promptly answered and was incredibly courteous and helpful, telling me that I could go to any store if it was not convenient to come bac to Old Town. Since I live on King Street, I came back. The unnamed female clerk promptly greeted me, explained how she tried to get my attention with Liz and follow me out the store and removed the sensor tag. She was so helpful and friendly. Five stars for customer service and professionalism! I know shoplifting and petty theft at the stores in my neighborhood is rampant from small business owners, so I really appreciate the extra steps the staff at this store took to help me and make sure I did not get home and have a sensor.

The team here is always very friendly, but for all the dudes out there, Sebastian is on point for the men's apparel and has a great sense of humor. He's also a pusher.....handing out biscuits to dogs that is. Sebastian figured that if he can win my dog over, my pup will always take a hard left into the front doors to force me to shop. I applaud Sebastian for this particular sales tactic and thinking outside of the box, ha ha.

Lululemon staff is the best I have seen. My wife was looking for a specific item. The lady help my wife track down the item that was on the mannequin. Very helpful and friendly!

The staff here is very attentive and very kind! My husband and both were trying on different clothes, and the staff helped us with different colors and sizes. I have shipped at Lululemon for awhile and I still love their ability to make a perfect shopping experience!

The store was well organized and it was easy to find sizes, however not a good variety of the new items and a small selection of the belt bags were displayed.

I’ve been a customer of the King Street location since I moved here. Today was the first day I’ve been in since COVID. The store has taken a lot of care to ensure the safety of all, leading to a bit of a wait. However, the customer service is still top notch, and the sales associates show genuine care for their customers. The one I worked with even alerted me to a discount I was entitled to even though it meant more work for her. I’ve really appreciated this store and hope they thrive as we all get back to business in this new normal.

As soon as I walked into the the store I was greeted and the wonderful service from Sue began. I was to exchange two pairs of pants and it could not have been a better response. She exchanged and offered free hemming on the new pairs …and get this..free shipping to my home in NC. I appreciated the service so much I bought two more pairs and a shirt. I own a retail store myself and I know great service when I see it and receive it. I will share this experience with many friends in the years to come. Thank you Lululemon for hiring Sue.

I've bought a few things from here like gloves, hats, panties tank tops and bras and I just live how they fit!

Great customer service!!! I learned so much about different leggings. Nicole was SO helpful and I was even able to order a jacket sent my house. It also means a lot to me that Lulu gives military discounts ❤ . Forever a new fan!!!

Great first experience with Lululemon! After hearing good things about the brand, I decided to take a look to pair my healthcare discount with the VA tax free holiday. It was easy to use my healthcare discount by just showing my work badge. I was immediately greeted by a friendly associate who provided helpful suggestions. When I went to the changing room, two other employees were also really helpful (sorry I only remember Liz's name!) bringing different sizes and showing me they could easily order more sizes/colors through an app with free shipping, tax free and with the healthcare discount.

Of all the Lulu stores I've been to, this one is consistently the best. The team is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to hook us up.

Fun! My first Lululemon product. What happened to men's running 🏃‍♂ shorts having a liner? Am I supposed to run 'unsupported'? Free bag, nice staff.

Really. nice store and like the location. The store was very organized and the salespeople were very helpful. Was able to return my item and got the new one mailed out to my home .
