Very cool place with nice atmosphere! Food was tasty, I recommend pasta. The service was great. And all drinks were free of charge.

Girlfriends went for a birthday lunch. Friendly, smart staff. Delicious food. Wish I could eat here every day. The apps were good portion and absolutely delicious-short rib poutine and fries brussel sprouts (shown). Lunch was salads and sandwiches.

I've dined here twice now, and have had a wonderful experience both times! As other reviews mention, you can tell it's a neighborhood bar as soon as you walk in. The staff is very friendly and welcoming!

There is a nice large parking lot to the side, so I haven't had any issues finding a parking spot here! Also, while there is plenty of seating inside the restaurant, if the weather is nice, I definitely recommend sitting on the patio outside! The umbrellas offer plenty of shade, and the seats are actually really comfy!

I saw a small private dining room inside, on the way to the restroom as well, so I think they also host small private events. Also, the restroom is kept very clean, which is always a bonus!

I ordered the Cobb salad during my last visit, and it was SO good! So good, that I'm still thinking about it weeks later. It came with a slice of cornbread, which was a delicious surprise! I'm definitely going back for more!

This place exceeded my expectations! The food was absolutely delicious. They had an extensive drink menu as well as plenty of food choices for all diets. Service was excellent!

The patio was dog friendly with ample room for everyone. Atmosphere was pleasant with the clientele ranged from active biking people to those dressed for date night. Can’t go wrong dining here. Will definitely return

We came here for their Happy Hour & enjoyed their oysters (great deal!) and the Short Rib Poutine, which was DELICIOUS.

Great food, huge portions, excellent service. We had the crab dip appetizer, chopped salad, meatloaf and the steak. All superb! The cherry sangria was refreshing and for dessert, coconut custard pie and key lime pie. Will definitely return, we loved the place ♥

I went with my friend who lives close by and frequents this establishment. This place has a very "Cheers" vibe, which I love (where everyone knows your name). I totally dig the darker and cozier ambiance here. The staff is super cool and friendly. The food portions are generous and quite tasty. I had probably the best sangria I've ever had (Cherry Sangria). I highly recommend supporting this small business!

Great location, friendly staff, and delicious food. I’d highly recommended the Northside Nachos, the spinach salad with friend goats cheese (add chicken), and the 5 day Reuben. Be sure to give this place a try, you won’t be sorry!

Editing to add a 2nd review - We enjoyed this restaurant so much that we returned for a second night of our Alexandria stay. I had fully intended to order the Reuben that the previous waitress raved about, but the daily special (blackened Rockfish with asparagus) won out. It was delicious!

My spouse, on the other hand, ordered the Reuben and OHMYGOSH did it deliver! I have never had a Reuben that tasted this good (he shared). If you try nothing else here - even if you aren’t a big sandwich person, GET THE REUBEN.

We walked over to Northside 10 after finding it on Google Maps. Bottom line is that it was fantastic! It is a great little tavern with a great vibe. The restaurant is separate from the bar area if you prefer a quieter environment. Their patio was also nice although it was too chilly for us to sit outside.

I ordered the Shrimp risotto and it was delicious. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the risotto creamy. This is a beautiful dish that is truly a feast for the eyes. My husband ordered the Jambalaya Pasta and loaded tots, and his Jambalaya was also culinary perfection. Tots were fantastic, but nothing unique.

My only complaint is that I would love to see a half-portion on the menu. I could only finish about half of mine.

Service was spot on fabulous.

The food is amazing! Everything made to order AND for my food allergy they checked every dish twice. Can't beat that in a neighborhood establishment.

Ambiance is great too. Old maps to look at, open ceiling is rustic looking, and the booths are roomy - no squishing here.

Try the risotto fritters with tomato bacon gravy - so creamy and exceptional combination - and the fried brussel sprouts - the right amount of char and cooked perfectly.

I fall in love with this place immediately. I move to Alexandria last year. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food and drink is SUPER! Always see regulars during happy hours. Happy crowds. Most importantly, the ambience makes me feel welcomed.. won’t stop coming here. 3 mins walking distance, too. Very convenient!

I enjoyed this place. Staff was friendly. Nice decor. Happy hour prices were good. I would definitely recommend this place. UPDATE: Went again for happy hour. Had wings and nachos. They were okay. Dri KS were really good. Service was good again.

Lunch and a movie was what we opted for on Memorial Day (Mon 5/27). We decided to grab a bite here since it was in the vicinity and overall had great reviews. We were a party of 4 (2 adults) and from the moment we walked in we couldn’t have been treated more kindly. The host obliged us with a patio seat. Our server was Tony and he was so personable. He was considerate with the kids, answered questions about the menu and offers his personal recommendations when asked. He was patient, attentive and our food was great. Nice sized portions and flavorful. I intended on a appetizer and entree but ultimately had a drink with the brussel sprouts which were enough once I started digging in. Kids got the pasta with butter and Parmesan. One went with spinach while the other choose asparagus for their sides. All yummers! All the staff we encountered were polite and welcoming.

Had a party of nine in the back room. The waiter was outstanding and saw to all of our needs. The food was delicious and plentiful.

Wow! Northside 10 is a 10! Great food, SUPER service, an excellent dining area, and parking too! They also have a bar area with lots of TVs that would be great for watching the game before or after getting a bite to eat.

Our server, Rachel, was OUTSTANDING!! When asked for recommendations (she also is a great listener) she was ready to give us the benefit of her knowledge and experience and she was spot on.

Great beverage - we had beer and wine - selection, including some excellent local craft beers.

For appetizers we had the Mac and Cheese (Wonderful), risotto fritters (excellent), and fried brussel sprouts (not my thing, but everyone else said they were great). I was a little overwhelmed by the appetizers and could have gone home happy and content at that point, but there was more to come.

I had a fish and chips special and the fish was SPECIAL! Fresh and cooked right it melted in my mouth and made me happy! The fries were fried, nothing special but I was past caring. Six more meals were delivered and devoured with lots of happy, happy people. Lots of food too!

But then Rachel said we had to try dessert. She gave us choices, but we declined until we acquiesced. We only got one dessert, and seven spoons.

For dessert we had the Northside Peach Pound Cake and it was gooooood! I was full, but it was worth it. The peach is there but it doesn’t overwhelm. The ice cream and pound cake with the peach are smooth, simple, and worth another trip even without anything else.

Rachel was GREAT all evening. She kept drinks filled /replenished, and contributed significantly to a wonderful meal.

Ask about the maps of the states and their significance.

GO to NORTHSIDE 10, have a drink, meal, dessert. Treat yourself and friends and family.

I've been here several times now for their Sunday brunch and I have never had a bad meal. I was here with family and we started with the giant cinnamon roll. This will easily feed four people. Then it was time for the main course. I got the steak and eggs with chorizo hash. Everything was cooked perfectly. I will keep coming back and will gladly recommend coming here if you are in the area.

This was my favorite place to go when I lived in the area. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Also a fan of their cocktails and beer selection. My favorite thing on their menu is the short rib poutine. I stop by just for this every time in the area. The meat is so tender and the gravy is delicious. Try it, you'll love it!

I have seen this restaurant a million and 1 times but have never gone in. It's the cutest spot. Very clean and the service was great. They have seating outside. A nice intimate bar area and also a very open and bright area for families. You can also eat at the bar while watching TV. We never got past drinks and appetizers because the appetizers are SO plentiful. 2 of us could not finish 2 appetizers!! 4 mixed drinks and 2 apps came to $60.00. So, the price is also reasonable. They also have brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Can't wait to try that! I really loved the place and will definitely return!!
