Kroger

Nice Kroger store with hot food and deli. The location makes it a good travel stop along 81, there's fuel, food, and bathrooms all in one place and something other than fast food. Store has self checkouts and regular. Bathrooms are in the front of the store. Good produce section with ready to eat stuff. Easy enough to get on and off I-81.

Always great visits here. Even when they are busy the employees take time to greet you and share some conversation

To the tall brunette with the almost perfect physique who farted in the bread section last night: I was the bald gentleman standing next to you, who turned and inquired, 'Was that you?' You swiftly responded with a denial, seemingly offended that I even asked. However, as the odor persisted, it became evident that you were indeed the source. In an attempt to dissipate the smell, I waved two loaves of Ciabatta bread, but you left in a displeased manner. Despite your untruthfulness about the incident and the intensity of the aroma, and the fact that you fart like a Clydesdale, I still find you beautiful, and I'd still like to get to know you better.

This Kroger is chill af, let us hiker trash hang around for like an hour waiting on our shuttle. All the staff is really friendly and welcoming and patient. I'm used to grocery stores kicking us out, but this place is cool 😎

I go here instead of food lion cause they have self checkout. I don’t want some high school student judging what I’m buying.

We started using this Kroger when we were consistently disappointed by the Hollins location. A bit farther of a drive for us BUT they always have carts available for use, its much cleaner (especially the produce department), and its stocked better.

Everything is nice and clean and in order all the help is very helpful. The hot foods is really good and the sushi is outstanding. May I also add all the sushi is made daily none is saved for the next day sells. And of course they come with chopsticks and condiments.

This Kroger has basically everything you need for a delicious dinner, cookout etc.

I loved shopping there always good prices. And always a sale on what I NEED. Love there bread, meats sometimes reduced. I love there desserts too, they have the Best crumb Apple PIE. And I use my coupons too.

Good clean and lots to choose from

I LOVE this Kroger! The aisles are clean and well organized; the produce is always fresh and clean and I never have to return bad milk. That's happened, I won't name the store.

Best quality compared to most others

I don't necessarily have a favorite Kroger store to shop at, but of course I shopping Daleville because of where I live. I used to shop at Food Lion years ago because to me it was relatively cheaper especially with double coupons and such, but for the past 10 years or so Kroger is the only store I shop for groceries. Their meat is so much better produce is so much fresher and to me it has a lot more variety to choose from than Food Lion or Walmart. And you can't go wrong with the manager specials. If you don't have the mobile app to get all of these amazing Digital Coupons you are really missing out. So many items to be saving on that I know everyone has to use. Today is May 2nd 2018, and right now Kroger has the 5x digital coupon deal is going on. And it's seriously on products that people buy more so than others... Cereal, Pop-Tarts, bacon, sour cream, salad, dressings, pasta, yogurt, milk, cheese, ice cream, pizza, I could literally keep going and going and going. I had over 900 digital coupons to choose from on my Kroger app. I do love the convenience of the clicklist also. However, I do enjoy going to the grocery store, because I'm by myself with no children. It is my me time and I enjoy it.

Another great AT resupply, ok, it's a bit of a walk from the trail, but check out their selection of clif bars, Justin's nut butters, and ready to eat food. Nice beers too.

Great place always clean and nice only draw back are the baggers , groceries are always just thrown in any way bruising veggies and smashing breads and such . This is the inside baggers , the pick up guys bag it SO NICELY !

This is my favorite Kroger. The staff is very polite and care about customers. The store is clean, and the fish department doesn't have a bad smell.
