We order often and it is always wonderful! The food is always hot and cooked exactly the way we order it! (Even with a house full of picky eaters!) The portions are good and always have plenty! Service is top notch!! We love supporting this family and getting great food at the same time!

Our daughter always goes and raves about how it is, we went for supper and she is right, great service even when busy with take out orders. Food is awesome and large portions as well. I am guessing the owner made sure we were all good when food was ready. Definitely going back!

This place is awesome. You can tell the people that work there are very hard workers and I appreciate that so much. Always quick and delicious. And I love the fact they are an openly Christian business.

Me and my boyfriend LOVE this place. We have been ordering here for years . The lady who answers the phone knows us by name and make sure we always have extra yum yum sauce! Great customer service. Eating here for dinner tonight 😋😋

I have been coming here ever since I was a little kid back when this place was located in the Valley View Mall. I’m in my 20s now and have just revisited the area and it’s as good as I remember it being. Best Japanese food I’ve ever had, and it’s not even close. So happy to see that this restaurant is still as good as it was 20 years ago.

The taste was great.
Steak, shrimp & scallops with the rice... Noodles.. Everything was well prepared.

An amazing place. Sherry and her family makes us feel so welcome each time we call or come in. They are like family to us.. We try to have a date night weekly or bi weekly there when our youngest is in Karate. She always remembers our orders and our name. We love how they have Christian music playing and scriptures on the walls. Please go support this business. They are the best.

I absolutely love Hibachi Express. Food is so good and you don't have to wait long even though they're super busy. All meats are cooked when ordered so it's fresh! Definitely one of my fav hibachi places.

I will continue to order from here. As soon as I call, Sherry knows me and what I usually order. She always asks about Mt kids and we have a great conversation like old friends. Well, I guess we are since I've been a patron there since they opened. Oh, and food is amazing!

Myself and my lady eat at this location at least once a week. We absolutely love the food and the service. It’s by far the best place to get hibachi in Roanoke!

This is a wonderful place. The owners work hard and take pride in their work. We have only been there twice, I generally do not give reviews, but this was a must!
They do tons of take out, although we dined in.
Our own drinks were allowed, which was great.
Prices are more than reasonable.
I got the jumbo shrimp platter, it was actually jumbo shrimp, and the price was 12.20....there were no less than 10 shrimp.
Go here (orange ave), I think you will be pleased.
We each got an entree (my husband got the sea scallop dinner @ 16ish dollars), the crab rangoon appetizer for 5.95, and a vegetable egg roll.
Our bill was 40+ change.

Phenomenal. We love the food and great customer service. We go weekly and am never disappointed. You even know our order before we order on Thursdays. Steak and shrimp entree and chicken bowl.

We order from here often. The lady there is the NICEST person! She often knows our orders when I'm calling them in. Her kids "helped out" some over the summer and even they were very polite and helpful! The food is ALWAYS good and our orders are ALWAYS correct. we will continue to go back to this place time and time!
