I visited the dealership for the first time this past weekend with my 2022 jeep wrangler. I came by for an oil change, and despite being late for my appointment, I was taking care of very quickly by Joao. The oil change also came with a complementary car wash and vacuum! Joao and the whole team were great. I’ll be back!

Body shop did a fabulous job on my 2016 Tahoe. Quote was identical to final price. I'd asked for a small change to the work over the phone, it hadn't been done when I picked it up (since I'd forgotten to specify in the written work order), but as soon as I mentioned it, they volunteered to fix it right away without issue. Really great customer service. Would definitely come back

GREAT customer experience, everything on time including shuttle back to our home and pick-up. Jessica is the template for outstanding service. I have mobility issues and she kindly assisted me navigate drop off area. NO charge for Va inspection, WOW.

Josue (the service advisor) was able to find me a solution to getting my vehicle fixed quickly. A key component to the vehicle was on back order and he was able to find the part for cheaper than he could order it. I was able to get the part myself and get the vehicle back on the road days sooner than expected.

Received 5 star service today. Jessica and Luke were very friendly and efficient. My service took less than two hours and the courtesy Shuttle service driver came exactly when I asked to be picked up. Excellent service all around

My jeep was in need of a little TLC! They got my service done in a jiffy! The whole process was smooth and they even had a working coffee machine!! Joao V. was my service advisor and he made things very easy!!

I went in today for an oil change and rotation of tires. My service advisor Cristian Ganahi was extremely helpful! I have aftermarket rims and tires on my car, and he was able to find the proper lug nut key for my car so they could do the service! He was very friendly! After the service, he also asked me if I wanted a car wash but I told him I had gotten it done already. After I checked out, he walked over to my car and showed me which lug nuts I had on my car. I would 100% recommend him as my service advisor next time. Thank you Cristian!

Bought a new 2020 Pacifica Hybrid at a great price several years ago, and I've taken my car in for service since then. We recently had a part break, and Ricky in the repairs department was absolutely incredible. He helped us figure out our warranty / insurance options, set us up with a rental vehicle, and reached out daily to keep us updated on the repair status. I consistently have a positive experience with the Repairs team, and Ricky delivered exceptional service.

My experience started off rough to say the least, but with good managers and a willingness to put the customer first, I must say that some of the team members get it right at this location. There is much to be said about those persons that are able to resolve customer conflict with empathy and compassion. Brandon and Ariana have my vote! I would also like to state that my salesperson Memo was a1 perfect in his handling of my buy. Good professional employee's get things right 99% of the time, however it only takes one or two negative employees to have a business crumple. The service department is lacking there of. The service departments Techs are in every since of the word professional. The repairs are performed by seasoned technician's. I am a Automotive Instructor of 21 years, I did indeed check the repairs made by senior tech Elmer and he performed services as promised. That skill will go unnoticed if the service advisors and service director are viewed unfavorably. It is my professional opinion that one or two changes in personal will reassure you of the quality of service at Ourisman of Alexander. That said go get you the car you want! #DC Rebel.

Recently took my vehicle to ourisman for a check engine light that my local garage could not repair. Had a very positive experience. My service advisor was Rickey and he kept me updated throughout the whole process. I received the car back when he promised it. The bad injector was replaced, and the car is functioning back to normal. I would recommend the dealership for its prompt service and their followup with the process.

my service advisor was Cristian and I have never received service that was this good before, he goes above and beyond. I've dealt with bad customer service at other dealerships before, but always getting taken care of here. I truly appreciate that his knowledge and enthusiasm to help with my cars needs.

Schedule your test drive with Jada, you won’t regret it! Jada was awesome! She helped me find exactly what I wanted with all the features I was hoping for. This experience far exceeded my expectations. And I love the fact that their website actually had an accurate inventory, they had all the cars available I wanted to test drive. Jada made sure I got the best possible deal on the car I wanted after I made my decision. Both Jada and Laschelle checked in on me after my purchase to make sure I was happy with my new car purchase. I have never received this kind of services when purchasing from other dealerships, glad I took the advice of my family and friends and came here. Best of all I love my new special edition Jeep compass!

These guys made it happen for me in a pinch. I was actively searching for the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland all week to surprise my wife on Christmas. The day before Christmas I went to this location to see if they had the options I was looking for. They did not but
Samer Burjas asked all the right questions and found the exact match I was looking for at another location. I was even more excited because I made the purchase for the exact price I wanted! Sam was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to deal with. The best part he went and picked up the Jeep himself , had it completely detailed, and even had the Christmas bow in the trunk ready for me to surprise my wife!
