Enjoyed a delicious Sunday brunch with the best view of the water! Nice fall décor inside now that the season has changed. The Brunch Burger with the brown sugar & peppercorn bacon was amazing! Will definitely return in the future.

Everything was 10/10 from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We were able to grab a last minute afternoon reservation and we asked to sit outside and wow, amazing views! Tony was our server and he was absolutely amazing. He gave us history about the restaurant and was really great energy overall. The food and drinks were amazing, but wow the restaurant is decorated beautifully and very clean- AND if you get the chance to sit outside on a beautiful day even better! Can’t wait to come back.

💙Fabulous atmosphere and delicious food! I enjoyed the Crab Dip 🦀 with large pieces of meat and the Garden Truffle Flatbread! The brie w/ mushroom and basilica glaze! OMGee!!! 😋 I will definitely go back for brunch! The 44 layer biscuit looks divine. Great views.

FYI- building parking garage charges $5 up to 1hr. So I suggest dining in instead of carrying out.

Nev and Marco were incredibly attentive, very kind, and answered all of our questions! The appetizers were hearty, the crab cake had NO filler, and their brownie and key lime pie desserts were DELICIOUS. Also, amazing cocktails!!!! This was our first time at Jula’s and we are already looking forward to coming back to the excellent service, even better food, and beautiful views!

We made a last minute reservation for Saturday after brunch but before dinner. They have a limited menu during that time but we can to drink..talk..and just enjoy our conversation with an amazing view. We've both been a different times of the week/weekend, brunch/lunch,indoors/outdoors and EVERY time has been great! Can't wait to do it again!

Jula’s on the Potomac is the perfect place to enjoy your meal and overlook the waterfront.
We had an anniversary dinner here and the service was great and the food came out fast!
I recommend trying the creole shrimp linguine.

Phenomenal service, great layout, and amazing bites. Service here was inviting, we were served by Hannah and she was full of smiles, great recommendations, and personality. The layout is almost perfect as the restaurant seating reminds me of a "Goldilocks" just-right feeling with spacing (Keeping in mind the winter weather doesn't allow for some of their best outdoor seating to be accessible). Preparation matters here, the dishes are well balanced in flavor profile and they also give great portion sizes -you will not leave hungry. . They had me hooked with perfectly poached eggs. Cafe 44 is a must visit especially now during the winter...I get the feeling the summer time crowd will be extensive reservations will be a necessary.

I went for Brunch solo and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The day and the rooftop view were beautiful. The Prix Fixe menu was so affordable and very flexible. I had the lobster bisque and the shrimp and grits. I’ll be back!

Great service and great food! My husband and I visited on a Saturday morning for brunch and got a chance to sample the prix fixe menu as well as a breakfast item from the main menu. The biscuits and sausage gravy are amazing! The shrimp and grits were also delicious. They have so much outdoor seating with a great view of the Potomac. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful decor and view of Old Town, National Harbor, and the Potomac. Cocktails all phenomenal, pick any from the menu and you will be impressed. Their focaccia bread was so good that I had to take some home (this is not an easy bread to bake, kudos). Their cheeseboard seemed odd for the fact that the pickles looked like sliced burger pickles and the cheese was pre-cubed. Pickles also were not in ramekin so pickle juice leaked onto all the other accoutrements. I’m used to high end cheeseboards having mini gherkins and whole cheese cuts. Very tasty either way. Food was pretty good, I will come back again ASAP to try their lobster mac and cheese and lobster roll. Nick and Lumi provided excellent customer service and made our visit extra special. Rest assured we will be back again very soon to enjoy the view, try more cocktails, and taste the entire menu!!

Girls Day Brunch was a hit! Great view over the Potomac. I would recommend the lobster bisque with added lobster, and the shrimp and grits on the prefix. My friends said the eggs Benedict was delicious and the dessert too. They did a really good mix with drinks, so tasty. I like tequila and the Gran Paraíso was so good. This is a lovely spot for small intimate get togethers but I heard they do parties so might be a future thought.

Thanks Tony G for being a great server!

Delicious 😋
My first time dining at Cafe 44 and I will be returning soon. I was invited to celebrate a birthday and they made a great choice. The atmosphere, drink, food, and views were amazing. I enjoyed the boubon barbecue meatballs, house salad, and the creole shrimp linguini (add chicken). SO GOOD!!! Our server was excellent. The computer went down but he was able to keep things moving. The other staff members were all friendly and very helpful. Great job Cafe 44!

I gave it 5 stars because its a nice fancy breakfast places for special events in my opinion. It was def pricey. However, the restaurant looked nice. The view was nice. The location in old town is nice. The food was good. It was a little cold outside our area didn't have heaters, but some do. My girlfriend loved the key lime pie.she said her omelete was only average and it did look kinda plain. But my shrimp and grits were really good. The biscuit was good. Our waiter was super friendly also. Would come back again for some nice occasions.

This place is in a weird location on a top floor in an office/apartment building in old town Alexandria. Delicious food and a funky, green, cute ambience. Good vibe, good drinks, great food. Very busy, and slow, we waited a bit; get a reservation if you want to go, because we barely got a table and the place was packed. Great seafood and brunch options (including a prix fixe menu that can include DRINKS) and everything tasted fresh and light, even my typically heavy feeling lobster roll (sooooo good). We wouldn't go out of our way to return, but we liked it enough that if we were in the area and had a table we would definitely spend our money here.

We love Jula's. Chef Nikki has created a delicious menu. Our dinner favorites are the braised short rib and filet, but there isn't a dish we don't like. The atmosphere is cozy, but luxurious so it's great for dinner with a friend or a special occasion. We're regulars, so we're always happy to see the staff...they are absolutely the most professional but personable people. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out.

Very nice place to dinner at. It's at the top of several floors building with a balcony over looking the water. The food & service is excellent. There is a bar also overlooking the water. Highly recommended. It's casual & friendly.
