Beautiful new West Elm store! We went in to peak at desk chairs and pick up some napkins. It was very easy to navigate while social distancing. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything.

I had the best experience at West Elm Dedham! I went to pick up a large mirror I purchased and was met with the best customer service I have had in quite some time. In addition to the mirror, I also purchased some plates, which were carefully wrapped and packed in boxes so they would not break. The manager of the store, Warren, went above and beyond! I had some issues getting the mirror in my car and he was very helpful in providing assistance, even going as far to measure the box, open, it and carefully place the mirror in my vehicle. I would highly recommend West Elm in Dedham!

Beautiful store, very easy to navigate. Went to check out their lighting collection, would certainly buy from here in the future . Rihanna - their staff member was knowledgable and helpful!

Nice stuff, but pricy

Usually enjoy strolling through west elm but this one was uninspiring and bland.
Maybe they were in transit btw two season.
Some staff were unmasked which made me uncomfortable
