Rosie saved my nails after they were completely butchered at another salon! She did exactly what I was looking for and did an amazing job! Below is what I asked for, what I got somewhere else, and what Rosie was able to transform them too! Amazing work!

Absolutely love Rosie and Larry. She was just amazing in the design she put on my nails. She is very attentive to your need for detail and design that makes you Happy. He was so nice and made my week with the pedicure he did for me. I have definitely found a new home here with the services and customer care they provide. Absolutely awesome!!!!

Love Q nails Bonsack! Rosie is the best. I drive over 30 minutes there and will continue to do so. I wear long coffin nails and they last all month. Rosie’s designs are the absolute best in the Roanoke area. She is creative and talented. This time I also enjoyed a wonderful pedicure my feet are smooth and beautiful. Thank you Q nails!

The staff was very personable and skilled. We had 4 pedicures and every tech had a different method but all were great for each individual need. We will go back!

I went for a pedicure here literally one day after I moved to Roanoke. When I mentioned I was brand new in town, the staff all welcomed me warmly. I got the "Spa Pedicure Plus", which came with an exfoliating scrub, lotion, and hot towels. Everything about the pedicure was great, and it was so relaxing after being on my feet during packing/loading/and unloading during my move. The foot and calve massage was the best I have had during a pedicure, and much appreciated. Rebecca is the employee that gave me my pedicure and I hope to be a regular of hers!

I received a pedicure. With embellishments. I just love the way my feet feel and look. Ask for Sally, she really takes her time with you, making sure everything is perfect. $$

I'm sorry the other two people had bad experiences, but my first experience was great! I had a guy named WEI ( pronounced WE) he WAS VERY NICE!!! He made me laugh a lot and he made me feel comfortable and welcomed! My nails were beautiful! No chipping, or lifting acrylic! He was very efficient and sufficient! I went on a Saturday at 5pm. There was no wait, and the salon was not crowded. I had no appointment. They close at 7 so they take their last walk in appointment at 6:30! When I left around 6:45, I had accidentally messed up my nails on the way to my car. They were nice enough to let me come back and repaint 4 nails before they closed at 7! The prices were fair, the salon was clean and very upscale. One person said it was "like every other salon". I beg to differ!! this place has IPADS on the pedicure stations! That was the first time that I've seen that! I love this place and I'm going back today!! Thank you for a great experience WEI!

I love them!!! They're the absolute best in Roanoke city & County I never had to wait a long time. I love how clean and sanitary they're are especially with my toes they use brand new equipment for every customer. I come to Lukas for my gel set for me and daughter hes so sweet and patience and take his time. I love Rebecca she so funny and I love my toes girls you the best. Thank you!!!

I go every couple of weeks to get a gel manicure by Rebecca. She does an amazing job and always takes her time. I also had a pedicure recently by one of the guys there and was a great experience as well. P

Absolutely our favorite place to have our nails done! They do great manis and pedis, with a lot of options for both. I've tried at least 10 different nail places in the Roanoke area and they are by far the best and deliver the most for your money!

Rebecca is especially my favorite cosmetologist, since we share a lot of similarities with personality etc. She is always practicing different nail art and is great with keeping up with trends!

My best friends and I (5 is us) all schedule bi-weekly appointments here, and are all happy with the service. If you're not happy with something just say so and they will work to fix it.

I’ve been going to this place for over a year. I see Rebecca (she’s the best!!) and my grandma sees Kelly. They’re always super friendly and we try to get an appointment if possible. We’ve waited at most 30 minutes without an appointment on a busy day. They always use a new package of tools for every pedicure and rinse out and scrub the tubs with antibacterial soap after each use. We go every six weeks or whenever our toenails get too long. We have used the reward program a few times to get free pedicures.

Overall, this place is very clean and friendly and I strongly recommend it, especially Rebecca and Kelly.

Rebecca is the best! The first time I went there I had Rebecca and will be staying with her from now on! She has such a bubbly personality and doesn’t make it awkward to get your nails done. My mom and myself always go to Rebecca! All of their equipment is sanitary and there prices are reasonable. I know if I go there I will not be disappointed! I love Q Nails!

Larry does amazing shaping of my nails. Rosie...love this girl.... she can design anything!!
