Express

Express Store (406), located inside of Patrick Henry mall in Newport News is by far the best—and my favorite—express store in the area. Customer service is always amazing. I’m always welcomed into the store, and on several occasions the ladies, specifically Vanessa and Anna, have spent extra time helping me find alternate options when my existing orders didn’t work out; ensuring I walked out happy and not empty handed. Will continue to visit this store for any future purchases with express.
I have to add this comment to my review. I have been back to this store almost once a week for the past 3 to 4 weeks. While I unfortunately do not know everyone’s name; every time I step into that store I am greeted and welcomed. Every time the service has been outstanding; they acknowledge you, they offer help, they ask questions, and they always make sure you walk out a happy customer. They work hard, but always have a smile on their face. This is simply hard to find nowadays in most stores, I therefore want to make sure I highlight the exceptional quality of service and kindness of the ladies working in the Newport News store.

Can't beat the quality of their clothes for business office type wear and they always have clearance sales. The sales representatives there were very helpful and didn't bug the hell out of you like a lot of stores in the mall. They were great with finding you coupons cuz I spent a gang of money in there one day and they did their best to accommodate.

The manager with the brown hair and the heart shaped necklace is really nice. She's always willing to help anyone that comes in. She holds the standards and expectations of customer service. She makes this store greater than any other store at the mall.

Been shopping at this one store for well over 6 years now, and overall it's always been good. Sometimes there'll be a long wait at the cashiers or trying to get someone away to unlock the dressing rooms, but almost all are friendly and try to be helpful. Always well lit and organized to where I feel bad for my poor skills in refolding clothes I picked up as it was so neat before. Often have big sales going on which is 95% of the time only when I visit because else the brand is quite pricey.

Fabulous customer service. I had no problems with finding something for everyday wear and also a dressy occasion. Great management in place. Clean store. Really looks more like a boutique.

Super friendly and extremely helpful staff. These people will definitely go out of their way to work with you. I was pleasantly surprised, their prices are initially pretty steep for a higher end version of a fast-fashion type store...

HOWEVER, their employees seriously make up for it and are knowledgeable on what deals theyve glt and how to make them work for you. Mix & match promotional offers, military discounts (if applicable), etc. Also, they are very helpful with giving out honest and helpful opinions when asked.

For men I would recommend this store. There are a lot of stores that don't have food clothes for men. I will admit they are a bit pricey so a good time to go is when they are having a clearance sale, thats when they take a percentage off of the discounted price. Call your local store for more information. I went and purchased some items for my husband and got a great deal especially for men clothes.

Really friendly and great staff. I walked in and both employees came and ask to make sure if I need help through out my shopping time. I asked one of the employee to help with color selection and it was great help. Really great store definitely recommend this store..

Every time I come to express it is such a pleasure seeing Vannessa there she always helps me find what I mean and she makes it a pleasure while doing so I’m at the Patrick and Bee location and I enjoy shopping at Xpress and I look forward to the team that works with Vannessa we’re always very personable smiles on their faces and glad to help customers Vanessa is a good team leader and like I said I enjoy shopping express especially when she’s at work thank you
