Bath & Body Works

I only go in if I am on a mission to buy something specific! ie lotion, body mist or spray, or a candle. The fragrance in the store is too heavy, as I have an allergy. However, I can always count on the store to have what I want. And there's almost always a coupon sent in the postal mail. I just usually forget to bring it, and they will not honor it using your email or phone number. The candles are expensive, but they last forever and only need to be lit less than an hour to fully large space. I usually make a trip around the holidays when there are plenty of deals. I like to make baskets and gift bags for neighbors and family.

This is one of my favorite stores. There's always a great sale and they have plenty of products in stock. The employees are friendly and they even know how to recommend a product.

I walked in for an exchange, and came out with additional purchases. This store has to have something in the air, that entice you to buy!
What's left to say, It's Bath and Body Works! You will like something, if not EVERYTHING in the store.

My go to for my favorite candle scent. I'm glad this place has locations everywhere. We moved but found our local B&B works. Friendly staff, great stock and its attached to another candle store. Very nice.

The B&BW store in the Patrick Henry Mall is loaded with goodies! When you first go in it looks very small but once you go in the store (voila!) they have two sides! I could easily stay there for a couple of hours just taking in and sampling the different fragrances of candles, wallflower fragrance samples etc! Love that place!

Nice and helpful staff. Love BBW products and if you can catch them on sales, even better!! The store is always busy when Im in, but the staffs constantly walk around and checking on customer. If the line is longer than 3 people, they start to open another register to help check you out faster. Very professional and Im never disappointed shopping here.

The sales associate was awesome! She spent 15 minutes helping us find the perfect candles. She even introduced us to all of the new scents!

Crowded ugh 😩 but love their products. The store associates were professional and attentive. Bath and Body Works is truly one of my favorite stores, just don't shop the one in Patrick Henry Mall if you don't like crowds (Christmas 🌲 time and during their semi annual sales).

Nicely laid out store. With helpful friendly staff. I bring my daughter here to get all her sprays. The stores smell can be a little overwhelming at times.

Employees were so sweet and helpful. Went to the annual candle sale and was packed with shoppers but was in and out quickly because of the staff and them.being super fast and super organized

This Bath & Body Works is a nice location that has a White Barn attached. The store was very well stocked. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. We were greeted at the door and given instructions of the store safety procedures. I was very impressed with my experience today.

Took my wife there to have her show me what she likes to wear and the customer service was great. The staff stood out and was easy to talk to. They were very helpful with informing us with deals that are going on at the time. Also, plenty of samples along with other small products for purses and vehicles.
