Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was great! The staff are very accommodating to specific requests. I am vegan and finding options here was easy, which is not always a simple feat.
What really sets this location apart is the service. We were in on a slow Sunday night, seated right away, and our food was out within 20 minutes. We were offered refills on fries and drinks multiple times. The staff, including our server who’s name I unfortunately did not catch, encountered an unfortunate and unpleasant situation with another party and handled it extremely well. The entire team was on top of it and supporting one another, the manager was quick to check on everyone else in the restaurant, and the situation was under control in less than ten minutes. I was very impressed with the actions of the manager, the server involved, and the team as a whole.

Food was delish!!! And service was fast and very good! ❤ paid close attention to drinks needing refilled and to specific requests for food 😊

Well I haven't been to Red Robin for at least 5+years due to Horrible service and food when my great niece graduated from high school. But a friend & I wanted a burger and since I only like turkey burgers we chose here with my reluctance. Brittany our server was Great and accommodating the food was delicious & hot when arrived. I even told my family I returned for a try. So far so good. I even had a Barc Root beer Thanks Brittany for making a difference

First timer... Our server was courteous, friendly, and knew the menu well. The food was great, and I didn't have enough room for it all with serving size. Overall, we had a Five Star Experience with Curtis! Thanks, RR...

Passionate staff. They clearly take care to keep up high standards and check in on guests often. Our needs were met and the food came out quick. A nice sense of humor in the workers is always a plus and they had that nailed down too.

Food was really good! Had a really awesome server named Ally :)) she was really helpful and exceptional at her job.

The garlic fries from here are to DIE for, SUPER delicious! I’m vegetarian so I’m always worried about cross contamination, but they even take the initiative to cook the impossible/veggie burgers on foil- without having to ask! WOW! Thank you! 10/10 good food and great service every time.

What a great eatery. Came in was greeted quickly and seated. Waiter was fast and remembered us from a former visit. The new brisket burger was good, the Madlove burger was an explosion of flavor and the fish and chips was very good with four amazing pieces of fish.

Great burgers & endless sides. The staff is always friendly at this location and provide great service. One thing I like is "endless sides," so you can get more of any side (fries, salad, etc.), which allows you to switch it up and try different sides. All in all, a good place to stop by for lunch or dinner.

Managers Britney and Marcida were great, so was our server Tyra, all very caring and friendly and attentive. Great Onion stacks engrade cheeseburger deal on Tuesday for only $10 with all you can eat steak fries.

Great waitress so fun to talk to had a good time with my mom thank you guys and boy was it a good burger wow I really wanted a ice cream shake though

I had a nice time visiting with the great bartenders Brooke (she is new and doing great!) and Curtis! Curtis is so friendly and seemed very patient with Brooke as she was learning. She was a sweetheart! The mushroom Swiss burger and my old fashioned drinks were great!

We love that everyone can eat here. They are accommodating with food allergies, sensitivities, and preferences. They have vegan burgers and gluten free buns available. Plus they have great service in a comfortable environment, and their food is delicious!

I've under estimated how delicious a simple burger could be. First time trying Red Robin and I don't know why I waited so long. The sauteed shroom burger was probably the best burger I've ever had!

Took the fam here for our daughter's 16th bday...favulous from the moment we walked in. The greeter (bald head, beautiful eyes lol) had me bent over in laughter. The food was all delivered fresh and had great options for all of us ..from seafood lovers to dietary restrictions. Kids menu was great with options and offers "bottomless" sides and drinks. They sang to our daughter & gave her a free dessert. Great laughs, great food and even better service! Waitress had us refilled and was at our service before we even realized we needed Her! Great prices too! With party of 6 with appetizers expect about 15-20$ a person..def worth it!
