I did leave once to find cheaper rates but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" so I went back. He has provided his guidance and expertise through six houses (personal and rental properties), six cars, and life insurance, and that's just for me. He also takes care of members of my family. - mom, daughter, aunt and in-laws. When I call to speak to him if he's not available he gets back to me in a timely fashion. I have even received "just checking in" calls at times. He makes you feel that you matter not like the other company I briefly used.
