great place to find some good deals and decor steals. the tall male associate with the mask helped me so much and made my day. i’ll be using this store regularly!

Placed an on line order, came in for pick up and saw so many other deals I couldn't pass up!!! Love this spot and especially the workers. The man that helped me was amazing!!!!!!

Great choices for affordable home decor!

Looking for mattress set. Not too bad with prices and quality. The associates are always helpful and friendly. Not sure who the manager is but they do a great job with making sure the store is very well organized and clean. Great job to your team. If you haven't visited a Big Lots an your looking for some inexpensive ways to decorate check them out, you will be amazed.

Love this place. Lots of bargains

I was taken care of by the manager of the store and when I advised him what I was looking for he immediately went to the back to make sure they had it in stock. When he came back he advised he did have what I wanted and proceeded to explain finance options. Which I took advantage of the Big Lots 12 month no interest. When I came back his furniture manager Christopher brought my items to my vehicle and loaded them right up. I will be back to get the night stand as that is the last piece.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and customer service at this BigLots. The cashier sanitized the card reader and her own hands after every transaction. Their regard for the heath and well-being of their patrons is above any I have seen elsewhere. Thank you BigLots! I will be back.

Friendly, clean, and organized! I wish I had the name of the lady who so kindly helped me today. She was so patient and helped me find exactly what I needed this morning. Everything was neatly put in its place.

Great deals and a selection of brands you don't find eveywhere

I visited the Big Lots store on S Cobb drive Smyrna GA. I just happened to get a buggy that was very loud and noisy. I looked up and saw an employee gentleman with another buggy in exchange for the one I had. His name was Darrel....I was told by another professional employee the name of Sonya @ the register. Those two employees displayed excellent friendly customer service. I hope they get the recognition they deserve, by having customers such as myself to visit the store on S.Cobb. Keep up the GREAT work Sonya and Darrel.

Harriet was so sweet to help me sign up for my rewards. Also very patient with me while searching for a existing account. She had a positive vibe and performed customer service at it's finest. It made my entire day better. Thank you.

Manager stopped what she was doing to help pull something high up on a shelf down for me. Super kind and helpful. Even brought me a basket when she noticed I was doing more shopping than I initially planned on.

I went to BigLots in Smyrna and I had fantastic, over the moon customer service from Jaime!!! He really helped me to look for the Best Buy’s through My Rewards Program! It was my first time using the card and he helped me look for coupons and get the best deal possible!!!!
I was extremely grateful... it helped to make my Thanksgiving holiday so much brighter!!!

Staff is friendly. Store well organized. Has cool gift items and popular brand named items. Anything from groceries to furniture, you can find it here for an amazing price. Love this store!!!
