5 years with no issues until we moved out. Told we would get $200 back from deposit. After waiting weeks abd getting a lawyer involved, our lawyer was told they sent the deposit to me. Had no proof because they did not. Now they have come up with another story to keep from paying a measly $200. Really???? So we're taking this to the next level. We were ideal tenants and this us how we are being treated. Need to speak to Pres/CEO, Ronald Eisenberg and Lorena Pal, V.P. Will keep going to next level until we get some satisfaction and our money.

Totally mismanaged HOA because the Property management company Ventron that owns some units at Azalea Hills Condos have their representatives in the HOA board. This is a conflict of interest but they don't seem to worry and keep doing things their own way.

I am in an apartment where, I request a service it takes forever for them to get out. I’ve had black mold in both bathrooms. They did not remove or replace the molding over the tub they just put caulking under to keep it attached. When you email management they just forward the information over to the office who already isn’t responsive in the first place. And I hope all locations aren’t like this! They changing the rules every five minutes but the apartment is trash! The trash ppl haven’t picked up within the hours of 6-9 since they sent out the flyer but as soon as my trash is outside after that they want to charge you $100.

Poor representation of how manners or a corporate office should be. It trickles all the way down from corporate to the property managements and associates. I was a previous resident at Walden Brook Apartments and for the duration of my lease my child and I endured a very horrendous stay. From mold while pregnant to roach infestation, the property moved with no regard to a sense of urgency until I spoke of receiving some form of concession. They’ll over talk you and if you your demands don’t coincide with what they want to do they’ll hang up the phone in your face. This property needs new management. My rent was always paid on time and the manner in which they treat you is so unbecoming. Upon moving out, I gave them the keys early. I cleaned the apartment out better than what they gave it to me. And as I told the representative, I given it back to them move in ready and there’s already another resident staying there.

We have had to move 3 times in this complex. The first time it was because of water leaks and water bugs . The second time the apartment was infested with rats and nets . The third time which I'm in now dealing with roaches , nets, and mold . The management wanted to paint over the mold instead of cleaning it and they want to just clean this nasty sttinky mold carpet instead of replacing it. And they are dragging their feet on it like it's not urgent. But they want the rent on time this month even tho they haven't done any thing to resolve this problem. Mine you I always pay on time and I've given them no problem!!!! I'm constantly getting the run around about this problem. This is ridiculous seriously.

I've recently moved due to the infestation of roaches at Walden Brook Apartments. I've experienced pure HELL for 6 months with this issue. The issue started when they fumigated an apartment and neglected to properly treat the surrounding apartments. The whole 8200 building is infested. Once the issue was brought to the attention of management nothing effective was done. My apartment was given the so called treatments and fumigation dating back to April .It did nothing but made matters worse. The property manager kept stating no one else was having these issues (LIES). She also stated that she had done walk throughs with other apartments. How efficient are the walk through if you only stand in one spot. Please don't move here if you can help it. We as people work hard for our money and the rent here is not worth coming home to roaches. My bedrails we're infested, as well as furniture and appliances. I asked for reimbursement and was told by the property manager they tell tenants to purchase renters insurance. When did renters insurance start covering pest infestation? There is a $6 charge for pest control and they're not controlling the pest. I have reached out to the health department as well as an attorney for this issue. No one deserve to live in these type of conditions regardless if it is a second chance community.

Very unprofessional. The staff is not proactive as it relates to satisfying work orders. I had never been a tenant who complains and always and I mean always paid my rent each month on time. Anyone who pays for a service should definitely be provided a service. The front gate has been broken every since it was installed. It worked the first two weeks after that it was broken for an entire year. A letter was sent out to let tenants know that the gate would be back up and running a few months ago and if you didnt still have the previous gate card you would need to purchase another for 50.00. After this happened the gate was repaired but not functioning with in the same week and has not worked since. There was a water main break or thats what a few of us were told in which digging was started three weeks ago at the entrance gate which is inoperable and the tenants now have to enter and exit through the back gate. Very inconvenient if you reside near the front.

I would not recommend anyone move to Embarcadero Club apartments. The leasing agent Josh not sure of his last name and also Ms. Cassandra are the best quality about these apartments otherwise I would not have stayed as long as I had. Save yourself the trouble and move elsewhere.

Do not rent from this property management company. Ventron leasing will promise upgrades just for tenants to move in but actually they are garbage company!! Take forever to do repairs in apartments and have molds in most of their buildings, pest control shows up when they feel like it!! Poor customer service and very unprofessional office staff!!

Most horrible management company I've experienced. Not accessible at all. The communication sucks so bad, i had to contact another property to attempt to get corporate contact info, still a dead end. The employees are constantly changing. They are the WORSE

I really hate that I have to rate here the manager here AT THE POLO CLUB is very UNPROFESSIONAL,A LIAR!!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY CORPORATE STILL HAVE HER RUNNING ANYTHING!! SHE MAKES HER DECISION BASED ON PERSONAL REASONS!! I SPOKE ON HOW I FELT ABOUT HER! AND WHEN IT CAME TO MY TRANSFER I WAS GIVEN A UNIT THEN THE NEXT DAY I WAS TOLD I COULDN'T GET IT!!! AND I GOT TO MOVE OFF THE PROPERTY WHEN IT WAS ONLY TO BE TRANSFER!!! SHE CAME UP WITH NOTHING AVAILABLE THEN IT CHANGE TO MY VOUCHER WASN'T GONNA COVER IT! THEN WAS TOLD MY UNIT I'M WAS PRE LEASE HOW TF THEN I GET AN EMAIL FROM CORPORATE STATING TO RENEW IT SO THAT'S WHY I KNOW THIS SITUATION IS PERSONAL SO CAN I PLEASE HAVE CORPORATE CONTACT ME I HAVE PICTURES THAT WILL BE POSTED AS WELL I HAVE MY PROOF THAT 60 DAY NOTICE WAS ONLY TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER UNIT NOT TO LOOSE MY HOME I WILL KEEP EMAILING AND GIVING ME REVIEWS BECAUSE THIS LADY HAS AN BLACK HEART SHE VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS FOR FAKE CORPORATE LADY THERE IS NO WAY CORPORATE WOULD SAY IF YOU DON'T CARE FOR HER WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO THAT AS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY UNIT I DON'T HAVE TO SEE THE MANAGER OR LIVE WITH HER THIS SHORT NOTICE ON FINDING SOMEWHERE IS HARD WHEN YOU WASN'T EXPECTING IT
