The doctor is Amazing. I showed up right at closing to say good bye to my baby and they still took care of me and gave me all the time I needed without any rush. Would definitely recommend, I’m so thankful for their help with her transition.

I brought in my puppy (with no previous medical records) for his first puppy wellness check. Immediately I knew I could trust them. The Dr. came out to speak with me and explained things in a way I could understand. The prices were affordable and I was allowed to use a new client coupon. The staff was kind and attentive considering the current COVID-19 situation. I had to bring him back (with no appointment) because my fur baby had fleas. He was treated on the spot and we haven’t seen a flea since. I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and family. I feel good knowing my pet is in good hands at Animal Care Center.

At his very 1st internship. @ the very 1st Dr.Wms Vet services in Edgewood Ave. N.E,ATL.Ga. he was employed. Rt out of school... In the late 70's...

Loved this place! I had to come with my 2 year old and my dog for booster shots, and I was honestly dreading trying to handle a dog and a curious child in a veterinarian office. The team was great! They warmly preoccupied my daughter with a sweet cat that my daughter adored. They were also very thorough with the examination of my dog and reasonably priced. I wish I would’ve found this office sooner, and I’ll definitely be back!

I have an 2 month old male toy poodle and was looking for a veterinarian to schedule for his first shots and an health exam. I live in Mableton and called around to different veterinarian clinics. Every other clinic I called told me to schedule through the online service and wouldn't really answer my questions/concerns. Animal Care Center went through a detailed process and answered all my questions, sometimes you just want a real live person to speak to and answer your questions! Even went through a fee estimate of the services to be provided. Today was his first appointment and the level of care and service that was provided to me and my fur baby was exceptional, I can confidently say we have found our vet! Mr. Williams also came out to greet me and answer the concerns I had. The technicians are very knowledgeable and would frequently come outside to update me on the status of the visit. I would highly recommend Animal Care Center.

Finding a vet can be a tough process, and it has been for us. When we adopted our two kitties, we had an unfortunate experience elsewhere and that's what brought us to Animal Care Center, Dr. Williams and his team. Everyone is always so nice and compassionate each time we visit. Dr. Williams is so kind and friendly and we trust him implicitly with our cats. If you're on the hunt for a family veterinarian, this team is awesome!

Our lab chow rescue age 12 had an urgent care need one afternoon when our regular vet was off for the afternoon. We literally put Riley in the car and went looking for another vet and came to Animal Care Center after 4 pm. Dr. Williams came out to the car and displayed an incredible bedside manner despite the fact he was not our regular vet. He welcomed Riley to stay overnight so he could be x-rayed and examined to understand the course of care. ACC took excellent care of Riley. Very unfortunately Riley had a tumor the size of a football in his abdomen. Dr. Williams very carefully explained our options - which weren’t good. But he let us decide. Dr. Williams and his staff allowed ample time for us to say farewell and I stayed with Riley as he very peacefully and painlessly passed away. I have never ever met a vet more compassionate and caring than Dr. Williams.

When our pup got sick last week, my first call was to a local, big chain vet. I informed the woman who answered the phone all the symptoms our dog was experiencing, but received no feedback and was told they had no open appointments until the following (late) afternoon. However, we didn’t feel comfortable waiting as he was getting more ill by the hour. Our next call, fortunately, was to Animal Care Center where I gave the same exact register of symptoms. Except this time, I was asked follow up questions to classify the symptoms and to get a feel for the situation. I was informed that they did not have any same day openings and were also booked for the following day but that if I felt comfortable bringing him in and dropping him off, the doctor could make time to see him. Instant relief!
Within 20 minutes of the first call, we had our dog under Dr. William’s watchful care. Although, we were convinced he had gotten sick from a bone we had given him, we were instructed to bring Baron in through the back entrance so he could be placed in isolation until tests could be run - solely as a precautionary measure to ensure no risk of exposure to other pets at the facility in case it turned out to be something more serious based on his symptoms. Dr. Williams called within a couple hours to discuss Baron’s diagnosis. Our pup ended up staying at Animal Care Center for a week, during which time I called almost daily to check on him. The staff was always so kind, accommodating and forthcoming with updates and I never felt like a nuisance for checking in every morning. In addition to my calls, I received updates from Dr. Williams letting me know how things were looking and how Baron was faring. I could go on and on with details and kindnesses but the most important aspect is the knowledge that had Animal Care Center not shown immediate concerned for our dog, had I waited until the next day appointment at the big chain vet, had Dr. William’s not made late-day, last-minute accommodations to see our Baron and had they not taken such phenomenal care of him while he was there, Baron could have easily not survived his illness. We are so tremendously grateful to Dr. Williams and his incredible staff!

Very professional and friendly staff. We came in yesterday morning with our baby and she had to have emergency surgery.
Everything was clearly explained to us: options and pricing.
Dr. Williams kept us informed during the day of Athena’s progress.

Did great with my little pup. When my dog broke her leg they fixed it and where reasonably priced even after the surgery they made sure her leg was back to working condition with physical therapy. You can tell the staff really does care for the animals they see and aren't just out for money. I would highly recommend this place if you want the proper care for your best friend.

I was looking for a new vet for my mini-dash/Chihuahua mix puppy. She is very particular about people. But from the moment she walked in the door we both felt welcome. The office was clean and the staff was really friendly. Also the thing that won me over was when you make an appt for 10am at 9:55am your puppy is going back to see the doctor. Then during the appt the vet answered all of my questions. He didn't rush me out so he could take his next appt. Then the prices are awesome. No matter where I move I think this will be her permanent vet office. I love Animal Care Center and its staff.

I have been a long time client of Dr. Williams and the Animal Care Center team for my Persian cats. I certainly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a new vet. The customer service, quality healthcare, and reasonable pricing is unmatchable. The professionalism that the Dr. displays as well as the knowledgable staff and courteous receptionists make going there a pleasure.

I am a longtime client of dr. Williams. It always amazes me to see bad reviews because I have been taking my animals there for 15 years and never had a bad experience.

It is a 1 doctor office and they do get busy but they have always managed to treat my animals very well.

I have been bringing my dogs Baxter and Stinky here for about three years . The staff is friendly and fees are reasonable. Dr.Williams provides knowlegable care and it is obvious that he loves what he does.I highly recommend .
