Excellent and exceptional always. Front desk Lady has always been kind. Very neat and beautiful location. Rooms are very spacious and neat. Very professional service by everyone. The low prices are just an added advantage. Don't book elsewhere if you're in Atlanta. This hotel is just more than enough. Stayed here 3 times in the past 2 years. Never had a single complaint. Bonus: Breakfast buffet is exceptional. Will come back here again.

Nice weekend getaway with my family! Front desk staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived until check out. Location is great, everything you could want or need in a very close proximity in terms of dining or shopping. The Battery is less than 5 minutes away which is also a plus. Rooms were slightly dated, and I did have to request more towels a couple of times during our 3 night stay, but no major issue there. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, both indoors so you can enjoy year round! Breakfast was good, lots of different options and different items each day. Room did seem a bit dated, perhaps some freshening up could help out, but really no major complaints. We had a good time, and if we're in the area again, I know where we will be staying. Definitely recommend!

Amazing and highly recommend. They allowed early check in for us as our flight landed numerous hours before check in.

Breakfast was tasty and, as an Orthodox Jew, I saw that the pancake batter was kosher and that my family could eat the waffles we made for breakfast.

Indoor pool was heated to a good enough temperature for swimming and jacuzzi was great too.

Met numerous staff during my stay including front desk workers, kitchen staff, cleaning staff, and a technician, and everyone was super nice and friendly.

Room was nice and spacious for my family.

I have only great things to say about this place. I am here for the hair show convention First of all the front desk clerk was extremely friendly, helpful and communicative. The rooms are very clean and neat. It smells wonderful in the building and there was no deposit which was a plus for me. Just about everything is minutes away from the hotel .and I think this would be the place I come every time I visit Atlanta Georgia

A wonderful stay as always. The staff has become like family, because they treat us so well. When we arrive Gigi takes great care to get us settled in. MS. Dana makes sure we get an awesome breakfast with a smile & kindness. Ms. Kim makes sure we are all take care of as we leave & wishes us safe travels. I haven't learned all the maintenance mens & housekeepers names, but they have always taken care of our every need with a warm smile. Having such a remarkable team is why we make our home once a month at this location. Kudos & hugs sweet ladies & gents!!

It is in a wonderful area. There are food places all around so you don’t have to go far to eat. It’s not that far into Atlanta as well. The staff was very nice! The woman as the front desk deserves an award. The room looked really nice. I enjoyed my time there!

Great location and convenient to the interstate. I used it as a hotel to take people to the airport. Good alternative to the horrible hotels near the airport. The rooms were clean the service was sufficient. The breakfast buffet was decent.

Stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised. From the front desk staff being friendly to the rooms, I have zero complaints. The room was super spacious and comfortable. The bed was very soft, as well as the pillows. Rooms were quite and never heard my neighbors. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My boyfriend and I stayed her on a vacation weds-sat. We had a great stay! Everyone was welcoming friendly and great customer service!! Breakfast buffet was excellent! Got upgraded to a bigger room! Bed was comfortable and ended up with 2 bathrooms! Will definitely stay here again!! Loved the indoor pool and whirlpool!! Very relaxing!

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was close to the Braves stadium and we didn't have far to drive, we were able to walk around the beautiful area. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great! This is a place I will stay whenever I'm in the area again.

Very nice. The building was a little on the older side but very well maintained and clean. Nice pool with a deep end that is actually deep. And a nice hot, hot tub.

Thus is one of my favorite places to stay in Atlanta. Good price clean room and good breakfast

Could not get WiFi to work. Tried to get maintenance by calling front desk. No show. No follow up. Nice room though with good finishes and kitchenette for business stays. Other than having to use my mobile hotspot for my PC, good stay. Good, free simple breakfast options.

Great place. The people that work the desk answered every question without any problems. They sent in maintenance to help us learn how to work the air conditioner because we're old fashioned and he was so nice. They had a beautiful pool that we didn't take part in but it was nice. They were great about the ice machine. The room was spotless. Everything in it was spotless. Even right down to the coffee pot, everything was spotless. Very nice very clean very comfortable

Staff went above and beyond to make our needs met. Including getting me Hot Cocoa for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent. Scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, one day and biscuits and gravy, potatoes , and delicious egg omelette the next as well as homemade grits and oatmeal and waffles and cold cereal and much more.delicious!! Very nice and relaxing indoor pool and spa to relax in. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back here and recommend it to everyone. Staff and management were helpful and very friendly. We felt at home.

My stay here over the weekend was absolutely wonderful! I have been recovering from a knee surgery but had to travel for work and was very anxious about it. One of the front desk workers, Gigi, was such an answered prayer! She helped me with my bags, brought me extra blankets, helped me set up my room (I'm on crutches so these things were very difficult) and showed me so much care throughout my stay! People like her make this world a better place!

Our room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast is good and changes a little daily. They have a big waffle maker and a mini waffle maker. They also have an indoor heated pool. You have to submit your license plate for parking.

We were in town for Anime Weekend Atlanta as vendors and picked this place because it wasn't super pricey but had good reviews. This place so nice, clean and cozy. All the staff were very nice, warm, and welcoming. The pressure for the shower was incredible and the beds were comfy. They had a full breakfast with waffles, eggs, bacon, grits, home fries and an assortment of drinks, cereals, and fruits. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Incredibly friendly staff. Clean building which goes along way when it's where you sleep. Especially since 90% of the people in a hotel are from out of town. Felt welcome, and was shown southern hospital from the beginning. 5 out of 5.

We stayed here as a halfway point from Florida to Michigan. Each one of the staff we encountered were super friendly and the room was clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool and breakfast (free). We will stay again next year.
