Friendly service

Clerk making up prices to charge people , which is above the marked price.
When questioned he lied and said he was new and didn’t know how to correct and refund me.
Offered me to pick something out for the over charge to make up difference.
I said no and just give me a full refund and magically he knew how to refund the difference he overcharged.
At that point it was clear that this is his method of operation for those not paying attention to what he’s charging them.
I told him no and to give me a full refund. He did and then made comment that if I wanted a cheaper price go to Walmart !

Why do people feel they have a license to steal from others ?
They may have Circle K on the door but inside they operate with no corporate governance and a lack of ethics !!

Why is this location 24hrs but they close every night at 2ish 3ish. To mop from what I was told. Are you serious?? So none of your people can multitask is what you are saying. Then the manager here is not all that friendly at all. His team is more friendly than he is. He don’t speak ask how you are doing. All he does is ring you up and then say thank you!!! That half of your job. Circle K in other areas that I visit that are 24 hrs don’t close at all. Like most convenient store that say 24 hrs. I’m a Franchisee that has ran gas stations. All you have to do at shift change is count lottery n count register down to put the money made with that current days deposit and account for those sales. So what is the purpose of closing for almost a hour every night. All your customers are going across the street but do you even care…..

Their gas prices are outrageous, customer service is horrible, and they sure don't like to refill anything....smh.

They need to clean the bathroom
