Susie did an amazing job on my French pedicure. I was sat down and taken to a chair right away. The massage was a welcome touch. Will be going back! Prices were also very reasonable

Jon was awesome! He is so talented and so nice. He explained everything he was doing and even did a test nail. The nails also came out gorgeous and for a good price too!

I don’t get my nails done frequently. Not really my thing so I would say I’m generally easy to please compared to most. I’m writing this review not because of the nails, but because of the service. I was especially impressed that a very elderly patron was there and they were giving her 10 star treatment. It’s the way I would want someone to treat my mother. Her nails looked like a million bucks, and she walked out feeling like a star. They also provide a beverage. Great experience!

Love this nail salon. This is my third time going and I have yet to be disappointed. Their work is good and very reasonably priced. My nails are thin and break easily, so I get SNS. Since going to this salon, my nails have grown out more than ever before. Joy Nails is always busy, so be sure to call and make an appointment so you can ensure you will be seen. You won't be disappointed

This was so far the best experience at a nail salon since I moved to GA. Jonathan was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating to my request. The atmosphere and general vibe was great. Definitely my new favorite spot!!!!!

John, Joy and all the ladies that work at Joy Nails are great! Thu did my manicure and pedicure today and I appreciate her attention to details and the lovely 🌻 she painted.

This is the stop I go to to get my nails done. Not because I have a specific person I trust or I’m super particular but bc they are honest down to earth people. The price is the price, no extra charges are added that you had no clue about. Every time someone walks in Jonathan or Joy are always so welcoming and greet their guests by name. That says a lot to me. I’m a plain Jane when it comes to my nails: I get SNS and I like them to look natural. This is the longest my nails have ever been and I’m really happy about it. They even helped me find a color that is exactly what I want!

John is amazing. He works fast but still does an amazing job. So far he is my favorite nail technician - even better than the one I’ve been going to for 4 years

Finally found an affordable and efficient nail salon in Smyrna!!! The staff was accommodating and so kind. Said the wait would be 20 minutes, but sat me down right away and provided refreshments. Kim did an amazing job on my toes and was thorough but gentle. Definitely returning.

I moved to the area 4 months ago and had been trying to find a nail salon that was good. I have definitely found it. I made an appointment and was a little late, but it wasn't a problem. As they did things a little differently with removal of old SNS it was thoroughly explained to me. My nails were done in the shape that I asked and they look great. My young tech was very talkative and friendly and wanted to add bling to my nails so I let her. Good call! The price was as expected for long SNS nails with 8 jewels. I will most definitely be returning to this location.

I NEVER give 5 stars, but these guys deserve it. First time here, I was a walk in for a fill in. Johnathon started my nails and Vicky finished them, but I have NO complaints. They both did great. Very professional and friendly. Clean place, nice atmosphere, good music. Any place else I have been to I always had to ask the nail tech to fill in my sides, not just the back of my nail. John did it without me asking. That means he knows what he is doing. They pay attention to detail. I'm definitely coming back. Thanks for great service!

First time going today. I LOVE my acrylic nails. I was so surprised they were able to fit me in on such short notice right before the holidays. I called around 10 for an appointment and was told 3:15. There was a cancellation and Jonathan called to get me in an hour earlier at 2. I did not wait more than 15 min after arriving to be seen. The customer service was above and beyond. I had my little girl with me and she was busy on her iPad but was still offered some water and was treated very well. I really love that this is a family business. I will definitely be coming back and recommending. What initially drew me into the business were the fantastic reviews. They were all correct. The prices are fantastic. I had a great experience! Thank you!

This was my first time at this place. Joy was the most sweetest. But the reason I gives this place a 5stars rating is because this place has taking the time to do the part of putting in safety for the coronavirus. and for the customers as well for their safety and health. I appreciate that they do not allow anyone who doesn't wear a mask you are not allowed. People respect and honor their policies. It felt safe and my nails were nice . This was my first time out to any salons . So a great BIG THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING SAFETY first

I made an appointment ahead of time and was seated when I walked in the door. They are enforcing the use of masks, performing temperature checks, using plastic coverings on the chairs that are changed after each client as well as wiping them down. My nails look amazing as well. I will definitely be going back.

I came here to have my nails done for my wedding. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. I showed John a picture of what I wanted and he did it perfectly! It was such an amazing experience!

Everyone is super nice. I love how they know everyone’s name. They were a little busy, which means they are good at what they do. Jonathan did a really good job on my nails. I didn’t catch the young lady who did my toes, but they look amazing also! Will definitely be back!

Johnathan did an amazing job. Was patient and precise with each step of the process. He took off my tips in the safest manner that I’ve ever experienced so much so that my nails were still strong after! I couldn’t be happier they look so natural.

This has been my favorite local nail salon. Right now (during the pandemic) they have altered hours of business but when I call for an appointment, they make sure to work me in. Some flexibility on my end has been key. I go to Jonathan for SNS and my nails have remained strong and healthy for a few years (with a brief break). Pedicures are also fantastic. Everything is clean/sanitized. Everyone has on masks. Will continue to use Joy Nails!

When I tell you amazing.. first time there was 3-4 weeks ago my nails are still strong and lovely and my feet were done with care.. I’m their new forever customer.. I thought it was sketchy at first because it’s not fancy but I was highly satisfied. I’m going to get a fill in and pedicure today
