Huntington House

Thank you Jamaica plains Ma for putting us up and hosting us in the Huntington house. A terrific place for veterans coming out of town 😁 the room was spotless when we got here and they make and keep it comfortable and safe. God's blessings on the whole VA staff.❤

It's not the Hilton but it's not supposed to be. Everything you need for your stay for medical reasons. Clean and the VA police were so friendly to check in.

I am actually sitting here in the HH right now. It's definitely not the Hampton Inn or the 4 seasons, but it's nice they have this for us veterans who have surgery and can't make the long drive. Its a bed and a bathroom, but they do have a living room and kitchen you can use as well.

This place is such a benefit for veterans and their families while receiving services at the Boston VA healthcare network. I was very impressed and the people were GREAT! Thank you for being there for me and other vets. God Bless you.

Our room was spotless. Very comfortable beds , nice size bathroom. T.V. in each room plus a larger one in common area. Common kitchen has some dishes and pots and pans. Missing measuring spoons and measuring cups. Very well kept. Washer and dryer avaible for no charge.
Wonderful benefit for veterans and spouses when needing medical at the VA.

Excellent place to stay when getting treatment at JP VA.

Clean, quiet, restful with nice rooms including TV.

Cheerful kitchen is modern and even has real nice framed prints with a nautical theme.

Overall, I feel like Huntinghouse is a godsend, & that staff & planners put a lot of effort into making it comfortable.

Plus parking!

One nit: if there was a way to remind people to bring shampoo & soap....

Live in Providence, RI and had surgery at the VA Hospital, Jamaica Plain early in the morning. Stayed at Huntington House overnight for free. Very convenient. Has public dining area, but you must bring your own food. Stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, dishwasher, washer, dryer all available. Room was clean. No alcohol or gambling allowed. Smoking shack outside of building.

Really good place for stay , always clean and with all the facilities, very convenient 👌

Have stayed here several times and have always been pleased with our rooms and the staff

Was great for my brother and the family to not be driven everyday. He was a bit lonely especially on weekends as it's very quiet with hospital closed, so visit your vet often!

A really important service to Veterans who travel to Boston VA for care. Clean rooms. Shared kitchen. Small fridge in room.

It's just for Veterans and their spouses when they need to stay at the VA Hospital for an extended amount of time while getting treatment

It was very nice to be able to wake up and get to your earliest appointment and not have to drive

The room was clean and the staff was extreamly polite and helpful 5*s
