Wingate by Wyndham Atlanta Galleria/Ballpark

The facilities were decent. Rooms were clean and comfortable, hallways smelled incredibly strongly of some artificial scent that was annoying but that's a minor gripe. The pool area wasn't the cleanest, but again just a minor gripe. Also the hotel is right by the highway so it was pretty loud at night - bring earplugs.

The staff were phenomenal though, so friendly to our kids and helped us out multiple times.

Good breakfast (minus the coffee), smiling faces. Would stay there again because of the great attitudes and helpful staff.

We really enjoy staying here when we go to Truist Park. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are always clean. The a/c units will freeze you out at night ( which is a good thing, in my opinion). It is really handy that there is a shuttle bus that will carry you to the stadium and also pick you up after the games. The hotel is so close to the stadium that we usually just walk back. About 15-20 minute walk with traffic lights. The continental breakfast is always great. There are a lot of different types of food to choose from. They even have a waffle maker and all different types of juices. There are a few maintenance issues that could be addressed, but I would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was easy to access, close to the interstate, easy parking and the room was very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the front desk was welcoming and competent. To be honest, for the price we paid I was not expecting the property to exceed every expectation. It did...would not hesitate to book again.

I’ve stayed here on business for the last three months and I always choose to stay here due to the incredible customer service and hospitality from the front desk staff and housekeeping. They go above and beyond every time and I am treated like family. The rooms are always clean and fresh, beds are comfortable and breakfast is always good. Incredible view of Truist Park and easy access to great food. Thank you Ravi, Kenesha, Tina Marie, Nancy and the complete staff! Highly recommend the Wingate!

I have not stayed in a Wyndham before and am very pleased with the service and location. The rooms are very nice with one issue. There are no grab bars in the tub, but they will work on it.

Hotel is clean and service was prompt. Rooms are quite specious and the breakfast has a nice selection. Would definitely recommend if you need something in the area.

I always stay here because I love the location. It's by everything. Easy access and it's just very clean. Relaxing and customer service is 100 400%

I loved this hotel, not sure what some of the negative reviews were about. The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the location can’t be beat. The Braves shuttle is a nice touch, but you could easily walk to the stadium. The pool was cold but I like it that way. The breakfast was excellent too and the overall price was very reasonable. Hope to come back here soon!

This is my ATL "go to" hotel and I'm NEVER disappointed. The staff is great, the breakfast is extensive and the rooms are HUGE, clean and comfortable.

So I finished my 2-day stay here and I'm very satisfied and do recommend people to stay if you're not familiar with this area and need a short-term stay. I think it's the best Bang for the Buck hotel in the Battery area. This is a good hotel with lots of good efforts, so I don't know what more you can demand, as a customer, from these people.
Employees work diligently, staff remain courteous and friendly at all times and try to remain the absolute service composure if they think they made a mistake. She said I made their night, but I'm really glad to have found this place. This is my first time in Atlanta.
So the 'negatives' first: I stayed in 2 different rooms in 2 different nights, first one with 2 separate beds in 2 separate rooms, 2nd night with 1 King bed and a sofa bed. I saw hair on the floor in both restrooms, not super major but they can do a better job with this.
First night I could hear the front desk staff and guest talking from my side of the bedroom and then it disappeared so I had a good sleep, second night in different room, I slept in a room by the window by the parking lot and a group of people were making noise and banging onto something but I did fall asleep sleep like I would do at home, nonetheless.
So the Goods-
Clean bedsheets: this is the most important thing for me and I slept in a clean bed both nights. No odor from the sheets. I think this is the most important thing for all guests.
They provide toiletries I would use at home- the Dove brand products were displayed when I was staying. Also clean towels. No odor.
Breakfast might not be the fanciest and most expensive you've seen in your life, but they do change the menus, and I saw a different array of choices the next morning. I prefer sausages over bacon, and seeing sausage and sliced ham the following morning were an extra touch of effort. (I was even able to take some of the foods to friends who were staying at Omni nearby, they don't provide free breakfast at the 4-star luxury hotel.) I wish I could've stayed longer and eat more...
Good service and welcoming atmosphere, family friendly place, good location if you want to visit the battery and the Braves game.

I personally had a unique experience with my stay because of the person I was staying with, and when I was staying at the room with 2 separate bedrooms, we had zero interaction with each other, I didn't even know the other party used the restroom or took showers. My privacy was protected because of how the room was arranged among other things.

Really really like this place so far- a 4 star, not 3, to begin with & and I'll probably give them a 5 by the time I leave because I've been here for only 2-3 hours.
Booked at the last minute even though I was eyeing on it for the past 2 weeks- I booked a room with 2 separate rooms and 2 separate beds (not a sofa bed) and the first thing I notice are the bedsheets are very clean and toiletries in the restroom is very well nicely stocked with clean towels. Nothing super expensive or fancy, but clean and welcoming. Not sure about the carpet being clean, though. Toilet has been cleaned but you can see a stain or two in the blind spots, some minor noise from the front desk but i have super good ears, so most of you should be OK👌
When you enter the hotel lobby, it's not very impressive and clean, but the rooms are well prepared for guests. It's well worth the money and so much better than I expected, we're already begging the concierge to let us keep the room for another night but the Braves have a game tomorrow. Just make sure to book the room a week before to ensure your stay, not satisfaction, because that's what you will automatically get once you stay here. Unassuming, affordable, and well groomed and stocked hotel with great service.
I can be super picky so when I tell you it's clean, this is clean.

Average hotel room. The shower was nice, and the room was very clean or microwave. It was kind of broken but worked. The lobby was very nice and kept up. I was shocked to see a lobby like that.

Great service customer service and the rooms were nice and clean. I enjoyed the stay.

Check in was quick and easy. Customer Service was Excellent. The hotel lobby, room was clean. Breakfast buffet was good and had a variety of hot /cold items to choose from. Great location lots of shopping and restaurants nearby!

Very close to interstate and Braves field! NO noise which is huge and rarely found with a location like this. Great breakfast. Super friendly staff and they offered discount at check in since they were aware of upgrades doing in room and wanted to accommodate before I had an issue. Couldn't have had a better stay. ( Do wish the pillows were fuller) THANK YOU!

Nicely remodeled! Great breakfast area to eat or work. Ice located on all floors that I saw. Nancy, the manager on duty was incredibly hospitable. I will absolutely stay here this summer for Braves games!
Room was very spacious and comfortable. The mattress was great, bathrooms were clean! Comfortable furniture and nice tv!

Perfect place if you don't feel like driving after enjoying yourself at the battery. I didn't take pictures but the presentation of the beds was beautiful. The restroom was clean. Both public and private.. and the products in the bathroom is take home worthy.. the rooms were really spacious. Decent view.

Just a quick overnight stay for a braves game. Not my first time staying at this hotel, won't be my last. I've found this to be the best value hotel room in the neighborhood of truist park. The rooms are on part with a luxury hotel. Shuttle to and from the game a nice touch.

The staff was great, good price, very clean and comfy. It was a great place to relax my mind while going through a period of relocation. The breakfast was delicious as well. We will definitely be back. Much Love to the friendly Staff. 🤗🥰
