Wonderful experience! Ms. C deserves her flowers. I was having an issue with pricing, applying my coupon code, and picking up in store. Transparently, many of the other employees weren’t interested in helping but she swooped in and made it make sense. I’m very grateful. This experience alone will keep me coming back. Thanks Ms. C!

My cousin was in need of a shirt for our upcoming trip and there were plenty of sales/selection. She bought two shirts and I bought some adorable linen shorts. We even received 15% off our purchase. The associate at the register was very polite and helpful. It was well stocked and pretty organized on all the floors we visited. The fitting room was not bombarded with returns and no wait to try on my clothes. A definite plus! There were plenty of people shopping this day. There was a bit of a wait in the line to pay but that is typical here. The line moved quickly. No complaints from me. I missed shopping at H&M. You can find plenty of deals and not sacrifice style.

Literally had the best experience due to the gentleman who checked my friend and I out. He was very informative, friendly and helpful with setting up our loyalty points and his personality and generosity is unmatched. He was patient with my friend as she tried to figure out her log in with out us feeling rushed. I should have gotten his name but I do know he wore camo. Great staff is definitely a reflection of the company!!!!! I also got a few good button ups for my son which seem to be good quality for not a bad price!!!

This has been one of the best shopping experiences I have had in awhile. Everyone on staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. My friend and I walked in 20 minutes before close and never once felt rushed out the door. The manager on duty at the time was Lamar big props to him for having an environment where shopping isn’t made to feel rushed.

Good prices and very helpful staff. I had a long issue today while returning something that I had purchased online and the employees/managers were very patient and helpful and eventually got the issue resolved. I already shopped here because I like the styles and the prices, but the helpful staff takes this location to another level!

Went to this H&M at Cumberland mall and when I went to the register to check out, I was helped by a young man who showed me how I could save 10% on my purchase. I thought that was super helpful and considerate since it wasn't a store wide sale or anything, just a nice tip that if I sign up on the app it would give me that discount. Really liked the savings!

It's always nice to come see what's new as the seasons change. Looking for something for son's birthday. No small tee's, so I had to somewhere else. It's was still ok.

Great selection of clothing, store is clean and organized as well as the prices are always right. If you're lucky, you can jump online and find a coupon to make the already low prices, lower.

Decent location at the Cumberland mall. Good prices. The sales associates were very accommodating.

I love a slim to have a quality clothes and things that I like I got an outfit but that it's too much care the way the pants fit but hmm always has something for me stars to hm

Cheap and best. But collections are minimum when compared to other shops.. It is located near to Macy's in Cumberland mall.. You can get good phone cases for less price.. Also, clearance sale is good..

Johnny at the front counter was SO PLEASANT! Honestly, if it weren’t for his expertise and product knowledge me and girl would have left immediately without purchasing anything... GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!!!!!!!

Large H&M. Upstairs and downstairs. Make sure to ask for a discount. The most interesting thing about this store, usually items would be unfolded or shoes would be all over the place. Not this H&M despite having high volume customers. Very organized.

I enjoyed the customer service they were nice friendly with smiles on their face I was only visiting Atlanta for the weekend

Love the low prices went into exchange pair of pants that did not quite fit no problems quick boom in and out

Love the large amount of clothing they always have on sale. It's a 2 story location so plenty of options for men and women.

The Fall fashion they have now is hip and very fashionably stylish i see lots of hoodie over size cow neck dresses and lot of mod styles love it and Disney characters print shirts.

This store was one of the largest H&M stores that i have been too. Good selection of men's clothing.

It was great and i was happy to donate clothes and in return they gave me 15% off.
