Friendly staff, very willing to have you try a lens before you buy. It's small, but functional. There isn't much of a showroom, but that would be impractical given the amount of gear they carry. They are more than happy to fetch something from their on-site warehouse. Recommended for working photographers and collectors. I've been a customer for years. I've bought some used pieces from other vendors, but when it absolutely has to be perfect, you go with KEH. If you're passing through Atlanta like I was, you should stop in. Highly recommended.

Reviews are very strong for KEH and now I know why. I purchased 3 items: a Nikon D780 body, Sigma 85mm f1.4 art lens and Nikon AF-S 28-300mm zoom lens. All were so clean and nice as to be considered new. Each was carefully packed and quickly shipped. Despite the exquisite quality, the prices were quite fair given the condition. With fair pricing, grading condition rock solid and selection vast! KEH is my go-to for top quality gear. Very highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

I deal with KEH Camera fairly often. I am very happy with the quality of the used gear I am able to afford due to their attitude of making great equipment available to those who could use a break.

Easy transaction selling 6 or more lenses plus adapters and I feel the price offered was fair. Everyone was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Their buy/sell process is very easy and streamlined and you get 10% more on your trade if you buy more gear. You’ll likely do better selling on your own but when you have a bunch of items, it makes better sense to sell to KEH instead of dealing with random eBay kooks!

KEH sits on a great reputation that's well earned. For the small premium one pays over what can be purchased on an auction site you get high quality gear with a warranty for a fair price. And unlike dealing with an auction site you're dealing with folks that really care about camera gear and doing right by the customer. I can not recommend them enough.

A word about their condition ratings: in my experience they underrate the condition of the gear they sell. I recently bought a rather rare camera from them that they rated "EX", less than perfect, yet except for a less than 1mm scratch on the bottom that no one would have ever noticed unless they were looking for it; the camera was perfect. Highly recommened for both purchases big and small.

Fantastic camera and service. KEH always amazes me with their fabulous products and customer service. Just recently I purchased a Z6 and it was in great shape except the charger or battery may have been defective and the camera was missing an eyepiece. I contacted customer service and they quickly (hassle free) sent me a new charger (and battery) and new replacement eyepiece quickly. Keep up the great work !

The whole experience with buying my new lens from KEH has been excellent. The follow up on how it's working was a nice surprise. The 150-600MM lens is in excellent condition and works beautifully.

The KEH team was phenomenal. I just took my camera out of the closet for the first time in over a year and I needed a lens for shooting a basketball tournament. Trinity was so patient with me asking for multiple lenses, memory cards, lenses and a new camera. I found a great lens at a reasonable price. Alex helped me test it before leaving the store.

KEH Camera has been great to deal with. They answer the phone with competent sales people. The camera I bought, as promised, is perfect in every way. I like that KEH guarantees their products. The only problem I had, was with Fed Ex--they have to be the worst delivery company in the world. I wish KEH would go with UPS. KEH is my go to for any camera equipment.

I bought a used, Tamron 150-600mm G2 lens, rated as "Bargain" on their rating scale. It was listed for a pretty good price.
With this being my first purchase through KEH, and without photo's of the actual item being shipped to me, I was a little nervous about what a "Bargain" item would look like. It felt somewhat like rolling the dice, without an actual picture of an item, listed with the website's lowest rating of "Bargain", and being a first time buyer.

Well it came, the packaging was excellent. It looks fine, better than I expected actually, and it works great. No scuffs or dings at all. Only a small amount of fine dust inside the lens (The dust doesn't effect the pictures), and for the price I got it for it was a "Bargain"!

So I figured I'd write this for someone else out there maybe, that's also about to buy for the first time from KEH. And like I was, about to spend +$400 on a mysterious, no picture but good price item, rated as "bargain". No worries, its still probably in decent condition. Buying a lens from them was a great experience for me.

I was very happy to find my discontinued trigger at KEH after mine took a fall. They shipped it out on the next business day and it showed up at my doorstop 30 minutes before a photo session. Great timing. Very efficient. Website is easy to maneuver.

Keh is always the best. Called them up, ordered what I needed and I asked them to FedEx it for tomorrow. I have a tracking number already and no stressing about finding what I needed for a last minute shoot. Best camera store EVER. Staff on the phone are great when phoning an order in.

I was very pleased with my experience in selling old gear to KEH. We conducted a zoom meeting and reviewed the equipment and a contingent offer was made. I received a fedex label by email and shipped out on a Tuesday and the offer was confirmed by Friday and paid by paypal on Monday. It was a great experience!

I don't know anything about cameras but we had a nikon that we purchased there a few years ago. I wanted to get a better lens for my teen who wants to take up photography.
