Sheraton Suites Galleria-Atlanta

This was my first time staying here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They are doing some renovations but I was never inconvenienced . The courtesy breakfast was exceptional and I found the rooms to be very spacious. The only negative is paying for parking. I will definitely stay there again.

Fabulous! Room was excellent, clean, nice furniture. Room had a leaky pipe in the wall and maintenance arrived within minutes of it being reported. Staff moved us to another immediately. Even the bartender at the on site Cafe was amazing!

Great things 1st…the staff… incredible service! Location…also great! Walking distance from Cumberland Mall & the baseball stadium. I did not eat at their restaurant but I did have their complimentary breakfast which was very good with great selections. The room was specious and clean. However my bathtub had hair in it so that was the only bad thing. Bed was comfy. There is a parking charge of $19 per day so fyi. Now the bad thing…the pool! It was dirty, grimy with mold at the bottom, not to mention leaves from outside. That was my biggest disappointment because I was gonna take a swim for exercise once I saw they advertised a “indoor pool”. Other than that it was a good experience and I will definitely stay again as a Bonvoy member. But please clean the pool!!

The staff is amazing. The front desk is super friendly, attentive, and always ready to answer questions and resolve any issues.

I got here before the check in time and front desk was kind enough to give me a card with the # on it to call around check in time for room availability. I did so and I got my room on hold until I was able to check in in person.

The room was spotless and much bigger than I had thought. It had everything a guest could need inside. Though they don't have room service they have a mini convenience store for all your snacking cravings, a restaurant that has amazing food, and their breakfast is delicious.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Sheraton Suites Galleria Atlanta! From the moment I walked in, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel right at home. The suites were not only spacious but also elegantly designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. Being located right next to the Galleria Mall was a shopping enthusiast's dream, and the proximity to nearby attractions was a huge plus. The on-site dining options were delicious, and the breakfast was a great way to start my day. The level of service and hospitality I experienced here deserves a solid five-star rating. I can't wait to return for another enjoyable visit!

This is my favorite hotel on the NW side of Atlanta. The rooms are big and comfortable. They could use an update, but I stay here every time I'm in the area. I wish they would get rid of the old shower tub combo, and the towels need replaced. The location is the big perk. It's walkable to the ball field and the mall without being in the mess of traffic next to the stadium. The staff is helpful but the fact my room isn't cleaned or towels replaced daily is a major drawback. (Yes, I always request cleaning services while I stay, but unless you remind the desk it doesn't happen)

Cat was all that! She served the team was so nice and on top of things. The rooms are being renovated and the hotel too. Great update!

Okay, I have to give a 5-Star rating. I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical about staying here after looking at some of the reviews; however, I am glad we did.

When we arrived, we were welcomed by Abiranam (sp? I'm fairly certain I misspelled his name - Hopefully, I was close.). Anyway, he was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Thank you for that.

The lobby is very nice! Inside of the lobby is also a bar. The room was decent. Nice televisions, a safe, and all of the other things you may need on your stay. The complimentary breakfast was also good. One reason why I picked this location is because it has a large parking garage and is only a 15 minute walk to Truist Park!

Anyway, if you are looking to stay in Atlanta...I would highly recommend this Sheraton. Thank you.

The hotel was in a great area for what we wanted to do. It’s about 15 minutes from the Coca Cola museum and the aquarium (without traffic, we lucked out) and it’s a 10-20 minute walk to Truist Park considering it’s uphill going to the park. It’s in a super safe area and walking to the game was basically just bridges taking you there.
The room was super clean and huge! We didn’t expect that at all! We had a great nights sleep ready for our road-trip the next morning. I will say the house keeping came in around 8am unannounced when we were getting ready so that freaked us out pretty bad. Other than that the service was great and was very efficient. The breakfast was pretty good and have a variety of options! Will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Georgia!

This was our second time staying at this hotel in recent months, and I hope it will not be the last. Spacious suites and prompt service when requests were made. Only complaint was that the ice machine on our floor was broken the entire time we were there, which meant we had to walk to another floor for ice, but in retrospect, a minimal concern. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time here, super close to the park. The staff was excellent, easy parking, nice room that were very clean and easy check-in. Good views from the suite too. The bar staff was awesome and friendly. I look forward to staying here again.

Located across from the mall. An easy walk to Truist Park. The staff was friendly, nice room and fantastic breakfast. Only issue was trying to find ice. Had to try 3 different floors before finding a functional Ice machine. Would definitely stay again.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. The free breakfast was ok, but when it's free you can't really complain.

Incredible service. The front desk personnel were super helpful and professional, the staff at breakfast were extremely nice and friendly, and they made wonderful small talk with my 5yo daughter who had them laughing and were laughing with her. Simply awesome.
And the room was incredibly clean (which shouldn't be as surprising considering the pandemic, But it's only the 2nd room I've had in a dozen trips that wasn't gross) and it was the first time in a long time that I didn't wish I'd booked elsewhere.

An extremely pleasant stat with courteous staff and if I could give it a 6 on a scale of 1-5 I would. Thanks for a great experience Sheraton!

This hotel has a good location. It is right next the the mall and many places to eat at. Our hotel room is very nice and large. It could easily fit four people because our room has a sofa bed. The bathroom is quite large and our room had two TVs, microwave, fridge and a small little kitchen area with a coffee maker and sink. The bed is quite comfy. The room was very clean and smelled good. You do have to pay for parking each night and that was around $12. There is also no free breakfast at this hotel but that doesn't bother us because we usually sleep in. You can get room service and there is a bar, pool and gym. We would definitely stay here again because the price was pretty good for how nice our room was.

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Everything! Check-in was extremely smooth and the receptionist was both kind and attentive. Our suite was perfect in every way, with not a single problem with the room. Finally, we ordered a full breakfast from Room Service, which we seldom do because of typically inflated prices. However, the price was not ridiculously high, and since everything else about our stay had been going so well, we decided to give it a try. Well let’s just say - no regrets, because breakfast was great! The portions were huge and they got every one of my specific requests right (crispy bacon, extra cream, etc.).
We were simply thrilled with every aspect of our stay, but with only one regret; that we had to check-out. We’ll be back!
